Ordered 2 sets of 3 cushions via the range. Ordered a sofa from dfs but didn’t want to pay their prices for extra cushions. So decided to look elsewhere. So glad I did. This are in my opinion even better quality for a fraction of the price. Would highly recommend them. So soft and such good quality.

Gorgeously made items.

A highly recommended amazing small business with a lovely owner who is always there to answer your questions & sort out orders efficiently & professionally which makes the whole ordering experience so much better. I’ve placed several orders over a period of time & I must say I have been delighted with each & every one of them & I’ll be sure to place more in the future 👌🧡✨

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Ordered a dog bed, shaniece was super lovely and went out her way to contact me and personalise it further, it arrived in less than a week and is amazing quality the dogs are loving it, cannot fault this company at all 😊

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! I received a beautiful custom dog bed for my puppy, I was even able to further customise it with adding my puppies name to the bed itself as well as the pillow in a text of my choice. It arrived so quickly and I’m obsessed and so it my puppy! So well made, exactly what I wanted! Shaniece was so lovely! Can’t thank Fabricnco enough, if you want a custom dog bed they are amazing! 🩷

I’ve now waited over 2 months for my…

I’ve now waited over 2 months for my item.
I’ve sent numerous emails and Shaniece even said she would post my item on the 7th January, well it’s now 2nd February and I still haven’t received it.
I’ve tried emailing and both emails have bounced back, I’ve left a voicemail but I doubt she’ll respond.
I seriously would not go near this company!!!!
I want a full refund but I’m guessing I’ve lost my money?
Oh and btw if Shaniece tells me she’s a single mum of one trying to run a business again I’ll throw up!
I’m a single father who has 2 kids that live with me and I run a business a million times better! Joker!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Ordered on the 3rd December and still haven't received my items as of January 21st!
Have tried chasing it up via email and nothing. £60 gone, no items and no correspondence. Don’t waste your time

Not worth it, puts shame on small businesses.

Ordered 2 items over 21 days ago now, I email a few weeks back to ask for an update and all I got back was an email written with attitude stating that it does state on the website it can take up to 21days to be dispatched I did not see this on the website when I made my order, they were suppose to be for a Christmas gift (ordered 1st dec) I am still waiting for delivery or even confirmation that they've been sent/tracking info. I would highly recommend avoiding this buisness as they are not professional, there attitude sucks and you won't recieve your order!!

*Edit* I have emailed her 2 more times with no reply or tracking information as the last email I received stated it had been sent on the 20th, we are now on the 3rd Jan over a month ago since I placed the order!! And 14 days since she had sent the order! Beyond a joke.

red christmas pjs

I had previously ordered some gorgeous matching pink bow cushions they are stunning so thought id Order matching red christmas pjs for my daughter and son in law i cant wait to see their faces ☺️ product is sooo cute 😍 true to images and descriptions. Be warned it does take the month for it to get delivered hence the 4stars although it does state this. It was definitely worth the wait Very happy with product thank you. 😊

Polite

Very kind and polite when I queried where my order was, as it stated it would be delivered 3-21 days yet no one told me that it would be hand made, in fact still waiting on it arriving

Bought a draught excluder in may and…

Bought a draught excluder in may and two cushions, have bought before no problem, when it turned up the draught excluder had been bent into a box far too small, no amount of “banging it back into place” as per the advice made any difference and not only that there were visible holes from the sewing machine where something had clearly gone wrong and then it had been hand stitched badly with the stitches bulging. Arranged a return, obviously, waited 14 working days an awful long time after seller received it back, no refund, had to message yet again to facilitate this I was told by her mum refunds should be within 7 days, imo no one should have to wait that long for a refund on faulty goods, clearly says on the website there is never a fault! Never received an apology for the item being sent out in that condition. Nice products but after this I won’t ever buy again. Edit: Sellers answer is completely omitting the sewing machine holes, and awful bulging home made stitches trying to make it look like I’m being unreasonable, that’s not at all true I only complain when there is reason to and this should never have been sent out in the state that it was being bent was only one thing. Of course the seller should pay the return postage costs I hadn’t changed my mind it was faulty! She wasn’t doing me some sort of favour refunding those 🤦🏻‍♀️There was no previous apology from her I was made to feel like I was making something out of nothing her words were it’s not faulty, I have the photographs as proof it was and she claimed it wasn’t faulty until I sent her a picture of how bad the holes and stitching was, maybe next time just accept you made a mistake instead of customer blaming which tbh is just a very low move. Re complaining before I have neither recollection or any emails to this end last order before this was July 2023 in my mind seller is trying to suggest I’m nothing but a serial complainer which is ridiculous and untrue

Hi Becks. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Sadly, the draught excluders are 37 inches long and we cannot find any boxes that long. The last time you ordered glitter bows, you had complained about the packaging not being good enough when we sent in parcel bags, so this time thought it would be safer to box this item up for you. We are sorry this left a bend in the draught excluder.

Upon your complaint, I apologised and offered for you to return the item and I would pay for the return costs. We apologise the refund took longer than it should have to reach your account, but we did resolve this and a refund has been issued including return costs agreed. Refunds can take up to 14 working days excluding our weekends as per our returns policy via our website, however we do aim to process all refunds within 7 days as explained in email so this one was longer than it should of been and again an apology was issued via email explaining this.

Apologies for your bad experience, and receiving the product in a bent condition. We are very sorry about this and sorry to hear you will not be shopping with us again. We can only apologise for the experience you have had and we wish you well for the future x
