Last minute requirement
I was looking on line for a summer long sleeved cycle top, there was little to choose from and I was running out of time as I needed it in 4 days time. I then came across a Danish Endurance product which was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered it hoping delivery to the UK would be in time. What I was extremely impressed with was the AI answer I had to my query on UK delivery and any additional taxes. It was pretty much instant and answered my question exactly. It also offered a link to a “human” and quite frankly if that had not been at the bottom of the email I would have thought a human had answered it in the first place. I then received good updates on the order process and was very impressed and thankful when it arrived with the 4 day deadline. Overall and excellent company to deal with. Thank you.

Great products and very efficiently shipped to Ireland. One downside if you are dealing with them is that they seem to outsource some of their customer service to AI, but once you are dealing with a human being the staff are brilliant.

Great service and quality
Ordered items which were shipped promptly, I already had a top ordered previously but not directly. Given the quality of the top I had no issues in going direct and will do the same for any future items I need.
The quality of the items is very good and will be ordering more tops once they are in stock again.

Excellent company to buy from
I wanted to replace some of my old white cotton sports socks and sent for a 5 pack - quite expensive. They were great quality but a little too tight fitting for me. I tried to return them but was told by excellent customer service that they would refund me but not to send the socks back which would be bad for the planet.Instead I should give them to friends or family or donate them to charity.

They keep their promise
I bought several pairs of socks. The quality is good, they are very comfortable, and I don't get blisters. However, I did get a small hole in one of my socks. They responded very well to this and sent me new socks. They keep their promise. I am very satisfied.

Poor cycling products
Dissapointed with the material used for your cycling products. The feel cheap and not very breathable.
Refund / return process has really difficult so won't shop with you again.

Great socks!
Great socks!
First time I use bambu socks and they are supercomfortable.
The ones I bought (the long ones) are a bit thick (as thick as woollen male long socks) and very soft, so I am not sure that they are great in summer, but they are in winter and middle seasons.
For the rest the whole experience with Danish Endurance was great, from price, to quality, to delivery.
Obviously I still have to check on durability, but if they give a one year guarantee they must feel on the safe side.

I’ve been using Danish Endurance products for a while now and the quality is always top-notch. Recently, I had a small issue with an order of Bamboo Briefs because of some misleading sizing info on the website. However, the way they handled it was perfect.
