Order #215549421859246.I ordered 4 Stylus Pens from CaseMate for Rs 950/-. and what was delivered was set of earphones (from Description on box).The box was sealed and I returned it unopened. I was informed of a refund of the value of ONE pen i.e. Rs 243/- and that balance value for 3 Pens had been declined. This seems absurd as either full refund should have been made or otherwise declined in full. Seems decisions made are almost robotic and inexplicable. and lacks logic.

Order #2154101198859246. I ordered folding knife and understood it was from overseas. On checking My Orders yesterday (18/07/24 i find that it has been listed as Delivered at 2.01 pm at my residence. This item was not delivered to me and usual phone call at point of delivery has not been made to me by last mile courier.Its obvious it has been mis delivered to someone else or handled otherwise by the Courier. From Tracking Number LK-CB-DEX 005710464 i note that the Courier has been named as Mohammad Hussain/Mohammad Shiraz. I leave it to Daraz and LK DEX whose services to date have been very efficient to follow up.

Daraz is a nightmare for sellers

Daraz is a nightmare for sellers. They have various charges with different headings and retrieving the account details is not user friendly. Daraz has standards and Robot type reply when ever the complaints are sent., "WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO IMPROVE".

Terrible Experience with Daraz.lk - Fake Return Policy

I had a very frustrating experience with Daraz.lk. They posted a book with one ISBN but sent me a completely different one. After realizing the mistake, I returned the book, but Daraz.lk rejected the return. Even though the seller recognized their error, Daraz.lk refused to accept the return. This is very disappointing and feels like cheating. They seem to follow a fake return policy. Overall, a very bad experience with Daraz.lk.

Not worth even to offer one star.

Not worth even to offer one star..
So dissapointed about deliver goods of aliexpress via daraz.
I have combined package which should dispatch from daraz Panadura. I didn't receive it but tracking updates as delivered.
Seeking legal assistance against this

Very Poor delivery service

The delivery service is not reliable, they say they tried to deliver but they cannot even read an address. The customer service also does not reply or answer questions. There are differences in the account statuses online, one saying that they will deliver the other that they are still going to deliver. This type of very poor service is only possible because there is so little competition in Sri Lanka. I am very Disappointed.

Very Bad and Rude Customer Care and Handling

Customer Service is Very Bad and aggressive.
I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this website. I used to be a loyal customer. Not once they've been rude and extremely annoying and ignorat in customer service. After all I decided to read their refund policy and I can assure you it's an imcomplete document. Probably if you go to court against them, you can win a lawsuit against them. Easily.

I already purchased from Ali Express…

I already purchased from Ali Express and according to the tracking says daraz.lk will deliver my order. But last tracking updated date is April 28. After that no tracking update. Low-quality service. There is no phone number to contact the relevant party in Daraz. Very poor quality customer service. No tracking updates for dex orders.

07 day return policy is a scam.

I have purchased so many items from SL Daraz. Recently I purchased mobile phone which happen to be a second quality i.e. serial number in the box not matching serial number of the phone. I returned within the 07 day return period and still that was not accepted (so much for 07 day return policy). Then I couldn't even find a phone number to inquire as to why. I will not be buying any expensive stuff from Daraz again

Do not buy anything from Daraz.lk

Do not buy anything from Daraz.lk. when you order things if you get a wrong colour or a broken item Daraz Customer service won't be supporting you. There's no one to talk to over the phone. Apart from a useless chat line who cannot solve your issues.
I have ordered a bed linen in black colour. I ve been sent blue colour instead. Seller is lying saying he sent the correct item. Even though I have sent pictures of what I ve received.
Daraz doesn't believes me taking sellers side rejected my return.
This is happened to me twice.
I will never buy anything from this doggy company again or recommend it to anyone.
