Very disappointed
Darch has sadly done an injustice to our small business over the past two years. Creating delivery notes for oil that in fact was not delivered. They are owned by a larger company who does not care. With little way to prove, my small business has paid out thousands for oil not received.

Your drivers went to a lot of trouble to deliver the oil given that there was scaffolding in place making access to the tank difficult.

To be honest the service quality has gone down, I have never had to pay for a quicker delivery & then have to wait 4 days for it to turn up, paying the extra should get the delivery next day! doing this makes the oil dear when purchased through your company..

Oil Spill
I was not home when oil was delivered but when I returned the garden smelt strongly of oil. I could see signs of a spill on the side and underneath the tank. As it's a bunded tank I don't know how much is inside. I told Darch and sent photos as requested but have heard nothing.
The review above eventually prompted a response from Darch and they agreed to visit and assess the situation. They agreed there had been an external spillage which they cleaned as best they could and said the driver had been rebriefed.

Don't drive on the sleepers
As ever, we tell them that their lorry cannot come mare than half way down our drive. Yet again, they failed and drove most of the way down dislodging the sleepers on one side. I have a big job to do now to re-align them.
Following the review Darch oil have contacted us and apologised, and assured us that this will not happen again. They have also said that they will give us a refund for some the cost of the last delivery and in future send out smaller lorries. Based on this reply I am updating this review.
