Buyer beware! Great product from past experience but company ? appears to have gone into administration and are still taking orders, not received my order and no reply from multiple emails. Lodging a query with PayPal in the hope of getting my money back.

Partner placed a second order that never arrived. Tried to contact via email, Facebook, Instagram but ignored and deleted. Seems like an ongoing theme. A shame as the product is actually really nice. In the end she had to claim a refund via the bank.

This is my first experience with Dare Motovation. I placed my order and opted for the 2 day delivery. 4 days passed with no order so I emailed them. 2 days later they got back to me saying the same as the other review - there had been a mix up at the warehouse and they didn’t have that flavour and offered another. I cancelled my order and a day later they initiated a refund. It shouldn’t take 6 days on a 2 day delivery order (and me contacting them) to realise there has been a mix up at the warehouse. They processed the refund quickly enough, hence 3 stars rather than 1.

Placed an order 12 days ago. No response from the company. No order sent out. Got an email to say they couldn't send me my flavour I had ordered and to pick another flavour. I replied back over a week ago and nothing. No reply no contact. I have contacted them on Facebook and Instagram and they keep deleting post and not replying. I am contacting my bank and reporting it for fraud.

I ordered some product from Dare as a taster, and having done this I didn't like it. I went away on holiday and came back to find a box on my doorstep with 2 more bags inside it and after looking at my account they had made my account a subscription which I did not choose so these bags have to go in the bin. I wrote some messages on their Facebook page which were critical of them and did not get a response. I noticed that all the complimentary messages did get a response and mine were removed surprise surprise. So All customer service is totally lacking and be very careful what you sign up for sadly I have lost £88.00 which as a pensioner I can ill afford.

This is just the best protein drink on the market in my opinion and the company are great to deal with. If I ever have an issue they are quick to come back and resolve it. Plus with their subscription they 8nform you before it is due to renew so you don't get a surprise renewal, and it's super easy to cancel a subscription. Couldn't recommend them enough. Would give 6 stars if I could.
