We had a new computer system installed on Friday and the service we had from David was fantastic he set up the scanner and printer nothing was to much trouble he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. In the future we would highly recommend him .

Darnells are always there to help and resolve any issues. They are meticulous in everything they do. Always good, as they know you might not be fully IT aware, so they flexi the approach.

Our old system was outdated and not fit for purpose anymore, Darnell ITS provided a solution that was reasonably priced that met our needs.

The process from selecting the handsets to installation was slick with minimal input from ourselves and the phones came pre set up for the majority of things which meant minimal disruption on the actual date of installation.

The web portal and mobile app were set up on the day of installation, which means we can access the system whilst working remotely.

The system is simple to use and a demonstration of the main functions was provided at the time of installation with an open invitation to follow up the demonstration after we had become more familiar with the system.

The auto attendant and opening hours was set up by Darnell ITS again quickly and tested out of hours with an initial issue with a time setting resolved later that evening (out of hours).

We have had no issues since but have full confidence that any issues that may arise will be resolved quickly by the team at Darnell ITS.
