The gun took a long time more then the 5-10 days I have waited 15-16 days just to come but still the gun is cool but in the showcase videos your company made to introduce and show the double barrel shotgun its showed it had a strong and big range mine had small one but still a good product oh almost forgot I had no track of where it was

While the customer service was great at response time and letting me know, the latest product I ordered arrived late and missing the extra shells I ordered with it.

Impressive
I was expecting the shipment to take so much longer than it did.
The quality of the items I ordered seems to be very well made. They actually work and are very sturdy, my son is even impressed with them.

Great product and lots of fun
Great product and lots of fun. I placed an order and it took a little under 30 days to arrive. Shipping took a bit of time but it was not Dart Armoury's fault. Communication was excellent, I would get a response by email after about 8 hours or so when requesting an update. Will buy from again.

I got the wrong item by mistake
I got the wrong item by mistake, however the product is solid, very sturdy for the expensive one, though the service did refund me or offer me more than the difference in credit, I'll be buying again.

Good arrival time, rough packaging
The package came in a bit earlier than expected, though as I’ve heard which happened to me too the packaging was pretty busted when it arrived. Though the blaster was okay so it’s alright.

Stopped working shortly after we received it
The gun stopped working shortly after we shot it a few times. I contacted Dart Armory but dint get a reply. Very disappointing, my son loved the look of it, he paid with his own money.

Missing and Delayed order
I placed my first order April 16th 2026. They lost the first order and tried to rectify it by sending me a another 1 for free. It's now May 7th 2026 and I still haven't received my item.
