I did encounter a bit of inconsistency with the jars, as the colors varied noticeably, which was a bit disappointing. However, the customer service was fantastic. When I had to return a lamp that wasn't suitable for my needs, the process was smooth, and the refund was immediate. I also received beautiful autumn stacking mugs that arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. The overall experience was topped off by fast delivery. I'll definitely consider shopping with them again.
