The quality of the lever isn’t good

The quality of the lever isn’t good. It has only 4 clicks instead of 5, one of the clicks directly moves on to the next as well so it feels like there are only 3.5 clicks.

Me and my friend both got the same clippers but they both came with a different type of blade and different colour blade.

The customer service was extremely poor.

I wish the company the best but they have a lot to improve on if they wish to compete with the established brands.

While I have not received my order (just placed it yesterday) to see how all works out, I must commend DP for their quick follow up and kind generosity. 🎩

Very good clipper

DO NOT LEAVE BAD REVIEW BEFORE CONTACTING THE SELLER FIRST like i did 🤭
I do apologise and it’s not in me to do this usually but it happened.
After receiving the clipper which havn’t met my expectations. Instead of contacting the company about it i have left a 2 star review and judged it too quickly.

So the team clarified evrything and explained that the clipper shouldn’t perform like I described it and instead insisted of getting in touch with them for a replacement

The clipper performs like a champ now and i love i!

Absolute shocking customer service

Absolute shocking customer service. I will never use this company again.
UPDATED.
The main issue was you not replying to several emails I sent you and also not responding to online chat several times. It got to the point where I had to phone you to sort out an order that took over 3 weeks. The order that I finlay received does not even work.

I checked your orders and followed up on their status. You had ordered a replacement charger using the "Pay on delivery" option. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide this service. As a result, the order was transferred to the regular order process, where payment is required prior to shipping. Your order was processed and shipped as soon as the payment was received. I can also confirm that the order has been delivered by Royal Mail.

VERY HAPPY

The shipping time was extremely quick, and opening the box and seeing the beautiful clippers made my day!!! Cut like butter and will definitely be purchasing more clippers in the future

Received Wrong Model, but DART Corrected and Made up For it

I ordered the Sensation Balding Clipper with a US plug from DART Pro. After initially receiving the wrong model (was sent a UK plug), I reached out to their customer service and left a two-star review here and they were able to issue me a replacement, upgraded model free of charge. Having had two clippers/trimmers from them, their products are high quality, reasonably priced, and very easy to use especially if you're seeking cordless clippers.

Please note: I was not paid to or coerced into revising my initial review at all. I revised and improved the rating on my own volition.

On the 16th of August (3 days ago) we sent you a status update on your return that we have upgraded your trimmer i.e. you are getting a more powerful model of our product. It has been processed for shipping.

Similarly, we rely on international courier like DHL, UPS, USPS etc to ship products. The speed of delivery is out of our control but we always engage with them to ensure our customers are properly served within a reasonable time frame. Pre-Covid, it hasn't been an issue but the impact of Covid on shipping logistics has been very challenging. As things settles and the battle against the virus is being won, delivery is getting better. Kindly bare with this global crisis.

We'll continue to do our best to satisfy your need. Thank you for your understanding and we are confident your view will change when you get your new products. We also appreciate your comment on how solid the trimmer is. Thank you.

I purchased a charger for my trimmer

I purchased a charger for my trimmer. I made sure to get the right one, it practically doesn’t work unless you put it at an angle and it turns off by itself.

From what you have described in this review, it seems the problem is NOT the charger you purchased but the charging port/pin on the trimmer itself. The trimmer will turn off once the battery power is depleted.
