We loved the collar we bought, it is very attractive and exactly as described. Unfortunately, it broke after less than 18 months and, at the pricepoint, that really wasn't acceptable for us. We have a 'normal' collar that has lasted more than twice as long (and is still fine!) and was 1/5th of the cost...it isn't quite as fancy, but what's fancy without basic durability? The company offered a discount on a future order but didn't stand behind the product and offer a replacement. For some people, paying $50+ for a very nice collar every year or two might be fine, but for us it doesn't seem worth it.

This is the third collar we have bought - the Harris tweed collars are a firm favourite with our Scottie. Exceptionally well made, strong, with a D ring for an ID attachment / lead and a choice of hardware options. All beautifully packaged and very quick delivery. We have received lots of attention wearing his collar on daily walks.
