Initially, it was very good because I could request support and they responded quickly via chat. Then the VPS connection started dropping frequently, and it was only when I requested support that I couldn't get through anymore. It got to the point where it was very slow, the connection dropped a lot, I couldn't use it anymore, I requested support via chat and nothing, nobody answered me. I waited for hours until the opportunity arose to test another server, which I was much more satisfied with.

I purchased a number of servers from Datamart, but for the past 2–3 months I have been facing many issues with the machines.
Suddenly, all of my machine passwords were changed by your team without informing me or providing any logs, so I am not sure what happened.
Two of my servers on Datamart were hacked due to very poor security.
On top of that, your customer support has been very poor.
I am shifting all of my servers to another provider now.
Overall, your services are unacceptable and insecure.

Surprisingly Budget Friendly Servers with Great Performance and Support
I’ve been with DatabaseMart for 7 months after a client recommendation, and they’ve completely exceeded my expectations. Their competitive pricing easily matches what I’ve seen from providers, but I’m getting even better speeds and more reliable uptime.
When I did run into a brief network hiccup, their support team responded within hours via ticket, identified the issue on their end, and had everything back to normal in under hours-then followed up by email once it was fixed. Their professionalism and transparency really stood out.
The only feature I’d love to see added is a built-in console interface; it would make server management a bit more user-friendly. All in all, DatabaseMart delivers fast, affordable hosting backed by genuinely helpful support system.
