I purchased a GPU server from their “Best Android Emulator VPS Hosting” section for $52/month, so I picked one of the better options, expecting it to run an Android emulator smoothly. Instead, the server was extremely unstable — crashing about twice per hour, showing black screens after reconnecting, and forcing me to reboot constantly (which wiped all emulator data each time, which is not normal).

Performance was nowhere near what was promised. Bluestacks was laggy to the point I couldn’t even click the home button, and Genymotion didn’t boot at all. Even after receiving a replacement server, the exact same issues persisted: freezing, flickering graphics, and unusable performance.

Support was another nightmare. Ticket support simply did not respond at all. Live chat support replied, but it could take up to 6 hours after I joined the chat for someone to actually connect. And the advice I eventually got? Restart your server — which is absurd, since a server is supposed to run continuously.

When I finally requested a refund, support first told me it wouldn’t be possible because I had a dedicated server instead of a VPS server — even though I bought it from the VPS section in the first place. Who’s supposed to make sense of that?

After more back-and-forth, they eventually refunded me — which is the only reason this review isn’t 1 star.

If you need stable performance for Android emulation, look elsewhere.

Database Mart has been my favorite since 2021 and I now have four servers with them.
There servers are strong and hardly experience any form of downtime or security issues. I recommend them 100%

Be very careful with this company's operations. Besides having weak machines at inflated prices, their refund policy is based on the account creation date, not the service itself.

When I confronted this and requested a refund through PayPal, the company's response was to cancel my access to their customer area.

This service is absolutely not worth hiring.

Honestly a good value for money Hosting service. I've been using it since 2-3 months and have got consistent 100% uptime. Their CPU hardware is a little dated but the performance they promise is delivered. Pretty good and value for money hosting if you want to host your small projects.
