DCL assisted my publication migrate 50 years' worth of outdated PDFs into XML for a new website on the Silverchair publishing platform.

At the start of the project, there was a learning curve on both ends in understanding the scope of the work. During this time, extensive communication was vital to align expectations and meet the needs of both parties'.

For the final packages, I was very impressed with the efficiency and attention to detail from the DCL team. They swiftly and frequently addressed any errors in the upload process. They took my feedback seriously, demonstrating a commitment to deliver the best product possible.

As a pharma company in the UK, we needed someone in the US to deal with FDA matters & DCL did just that. Their service, communication and customer support was second to none. The whole team were fabulous but a special thank you to Howard for his patience.

I am pleased to have worked with DCL. As a new author, I attempted several free online sources to convert my manuscript from a docx or PDF to an E-book. That was a waste of time considering I needed to upload documents on different print-on-demand platforms. None of those conversions turned out as one would expect. I wish I'd found DCL before choosing those free but time-consuming services. DCL's price was reasonable, and the conversion was great --especially on Calibre. The communication by email with Mary Jane (also known as Jannie) put me at ease.
I appreciate the easy communication via email with her. I am a first-time author learning the different phases of the craft as I go along. I get anxious when I anticipate communicating with someone more experienced in the field than I am. Going forward I am nixing the free online sites and immediately turning to DCL and Jannie with any future conversions.

very responsive team not just with overall turnaround timelines but in responding to questions raised throughout the process to develop new SPL files make revisions, clarify activities related to listings and regulatory requirements, etc. They are always prompt and responses clearly stated, lessening further confusion. I highly recommend DCL as a vendor and a partner.

DCL assisted in migrating our technical user documentation from Author-it to Paligo. The process included working together to create the import path for the migration to occur, including mapping XML structure between components and elements in both tools.

Because DCL had not previously worked on a migration of Author-it to Paligo, we experienced some miscommunication in understanding each other on scope of the project, volume of content to be migrated, and complexity of mapping the structure and use of content between the solutions. This extended the time and effort needed to set up the import path. It also meant much more time and resources from our own employees than expected.

Despite the learning curve from both sides, DCL worked with us throughout the process to create and troubleshoot the import path. Once in place, DCL migrated all content from one solution to the other. They were flexible and we worked together to find a path forward when the project extended much longer than either of us expected. They were always great to work with. The end result meant much less time for our team as a whole to transfer and clean up content.

Our products have specifics in packaging and nature of business setup which can be tricky. DCL (Data Conversion Laboratory) always were able to place those specifics aligned well with FDA system; from support in creating SPL files, onto submission to FDA Gateway, troubleshooting from errors and path forward as FDA guidelines would state, always brought to success submission with our NDC, facility update, and annual update! DCL team very courteous, professional, and timely manner. Happy customer here.

I have worked with DCL and Mary Jane Lopez for several years and they consistently provide excellent PDF to EPUB conversion services and customer service. They are quick and very responsive and do great work. If you're looking for a more dynamic EPUB eBook experience, that's not DCL's wheelhouse. For basic EPUB conversion services, I highly recommend them.

Communication is great. Allan always responds promptly and answers all my questions. The procedure to upload files is easy, and we get our epub file created within 2 weeks or less.
