I think it would be helpful if there was a way to track comments and the progress of the project other than through email.

DCL migrated thousands of documentation pages from PDFs to a web CCMS by writing a script which were dynamicly modified for our usecases.

I love this company. Several years ago, II was beside myself as I searched for a way to convert my my book pdf containing tables, figures, figure lists, index and more into a digital ebook. With all my figures and maps requiring high resolution to read labels, etc. the prices we’re astronomical for this lone self publisher. But they had an ad with IBPA, so I called and voila, much lower prices and a great outcome. Recently, I returned with another smaller job, with the same happy outcome. But as in all publishing, there will be things to clean up. A week ago I emailed in some requests for minor fixes late one day, figuring I would hear back the next day or the day after. Well an hour later a revised file was back in my inbox!!. I made three such requests and each response was like that until I was satisfied w no talk of more charges. I am so so impressed.

DCL is the absolute best at what they do! Working with Mary Jane Lopez was a pleasure. She/they wanted my project to be the best it can be and did everything to make that happen. I had a complicated ebook conversion that other companies could not figure out and these guys did it with amazing results! I can’t say enough!
