We had a very basic style memory card go bad and after reading online that there was no hope in recovering the data, we contacted Data Tech Labs and they were actually able to recover some of the videos we thought we lost! Very thankful for their services!!

DataTech did something I did not even know could be done - the total retrieval of a dead external drive. They did it a timely and professional manner. The price is a bit of a shocker but it forces you to put a dollar amount on the data that was otherwise lost.

The team did an excellent job recovering data from a failed MacBook Pro solid state drive. Sent a work SCSI partitioned HD with Window NT for Mirror cloning from a production tool for a safety backup. Apparently the technician didn’t jumper the source HD correctly and corrupted the source drive operating system cloning that corrupted system across all drives. We called prior to delivery and expressed the importance of not losing the drive and they still messed it up plus we still had to pay for services. Not only were we out the cost of the service but, the tool was down for a month costing an additional $20,000 in lost production time. Will never recommend or use this company again!

The company called first, told me they could retrieve the data and told me the price before they did the work. I had the option to accept or decline. How much more fair can you get?

I was, overall, very happy with the recovery from DataTech. The turn-around was fast, the staff friendly, and they recovered all my lost data. I did think the price was excessive, extremely expensive for a single mom wanting to get my photos back of my kids. Otherwise, very pleased.

The whole reason I wanted photos recovered is so they could be put back on my phone. I received a thumb drive with a bunch of data files that couldn't be put on my phone. I feel like I paid $650 for nothing.

Faced with the failure of a large external hard drive containing over 150,000 image and image related files and unsuccessful attempts at recovery, I contacted DataTech for data recovery. They responded in a timely and professional manner, kept me informed of progress, provided a cost estimate which was not due until recovered data was available and reviewed. Reviewed/sampled the 100% recovered data in a virtual session after which the cost estimate was accepted. Data was returned on new media in a timely manner. I would recommend Datatech Labs for recovery of those what appear to be hopelessly lost data disasters.

DataTech labs was very profession and friendly and saved me a lot of pain by saving my data. Expensive but you do indeed get what you pay for.

Never a good position to be in. A crash with the only viable backup not recent enough to not recapture lost data.

Did not love the cost but love the results. Took some time but we got everything (as far as I can tell) back and I am up and running again.
