Great site and I have been playing on it for years but could do with a few improvements. I would like to see a few updates including changes to the rewards system with progressive permanent rewards like level system daily cases for example that don’t drop if no recent gameplay. I would also like to see jackpot battle mode be added as well as an update to the battle animations for extra suspense since high value items roll in quite quick and like any other skin would be great to see it made more special.

Overall, it was a great site. Clean, great UI/UX. cons only was the prices of skins is not same with the current market. idk if it is only me but it's important for me when i want to play in this kind of website.

To be honest, the site is good and looks nice, but there are a few issues. The biggest problem is that there is no live support, which is really bad. Response times are very long, and waiting for a reply can be frustrating. Another issue is the lack of daily cases or any kind of rewards, such as daily, weekly, or monthly bonuses, level-based rewards, or lossback.

Overall, the site is still cool and has a good design, but it could be much better with these improvements.

Basically, I didn’t know how to reply to your response, so I’m editing this review instead. There was a situation where I was kind of in the wrong, but you guys did a good job helping me understand, and I’m thankful for that. The only issue I noticed was that responses came about once every 24 hours, which made the process take a week or two. With live support, this probably could’ve been resolved much faster. I was wrong for leaving 3 stars, so I’m changing it to 4. Thanks, DatDrop team.

My friend introduced me to datdrop 7 years ago, we used to deposit and then play some battles together, it was fun. Did not profit much but still got to withdraw some cool skins.

Datdrop gotta be one of best cs2 case opening sites till this day,its there for years and i never met someone complaining about it,it got really fun case battle modes and design.Fast withdrawals and support,what can i say just stay best as always 😂❤️

Good concept, cashouts are fast (in very rare cases it gets stuck but support helps with it)
The only suggestion i have is that the 1 free battle and royale a day should he removed, not being able to join again till next day can be annoying sometimes :/
But the site is nice overall i play there often

I've been a user of this site for a long time and I can only say that it's one of the few sites where years pass and it still remains top-tier in animation, provably fair, and on top of that, about a month ago they added some incredible improvements. All I can say is that I never in a million years thought that with $10 I could build it up and manage to get a $500 skin.
