Unable to cancel subscription

I signed up for a subscription and straight away it didn't look like a website I would use. So I immediately went to settings to cancel my subscription. It was impossible to cancel as the final step required pressing a button in an email. There was no button in the email to activate the cancellation. I complained to customer service and was just told to do the steps that I already had done. So cancellation not possible.

Datemyage: Total scam. I tried to renew minutes and then get a screen up that wants me to scan my phone. Not happening. It is very expensive and most people you meet are on the other side of the World. When you need help, you can't get it.

Dont bother. Its just a bot filled money scammer.

You know an apps bad when you haven't even completed your profile yet or upped a photo and a heap of bots are sending messages already like youre the hottest person on the Earth.

Deleted it right away.

Do not use this dating app. I was on it a long time and lost a lot of money. He was a professional scammer. I left the site after 20 months. Insanity as I was fed lies that I believed and an illusion. I went back on last night and found his profile. He put a message on there as if I was a new woman. It is a different scammer!

There is absolutely no way to be positive about this company. $99 worth credits were used up completely for sending only one image to that date on 09/02/2026. Only one image. I did not know what happened to my credits until next day I was trying to reconnect with my date via message, a screen popped up asking me to buy credits again, otherwise, I was not able to send anything at all. As I said i just purchased the $99 worth credits last night, here it is again, I have to buy again. I reached out to their support system asking for the timestamp tracking my activities on the correspondence page where you send messages to your date. I saw 9 messages composed and sent to my date. I was shocked when saw it. I immediately went back to the messaging page to check if I have sent any messages that night, from which I saw the image I sent, but there were no messages that were sent out from me at all. So I took a screen shot and sent it to the support system. Guess what, they denied their wrong doing. i wish i could attach my screen shot and their timestamp so that you can understand what I am talking about. I will file a dispute soon. Another funny thing is that this date keeps asking me to use letters instead of online chat from this site. The letters cost way more. Very suspicious about if he is real or fake.

AVOID THIS SCAM OF A DATING SITE AT ALL COSTS!

Wished I had read the reviews before so please AVOID this site, it is a complete fraud! Most of male profiles (40 and up) who have the verification mark have pictures that truly look posed, describe themselves as widowed, the surroundings of the guys pictures does not coincide with where they say they are from, most say they are highly educated with successful careers but can't have a normal conversation without cheesy sentences, times schedules does not coincide with the city they say they are living (do you really think a true dental doctor will stay up at 2 am chatting on a Monday!!!!) I tried to dispute a purchase, which I did not approve and the customer support's answer: "the purchase is done on your end, so not our problem". I even have proof that one of the verified accounts that began texting me is fake!
Total waste of money and time. Avoid them!

All the matches give the same generic replies. One man said in his message he was white British, but the photo was a black man! They are using AI to run this website!

Need to alter your approach

There were too many free users, it is hard to distinguish between fake and real profiles, seems that most of them are just influencers trying to induce new paying members.
The free use credits for beginners are a scratch, no time to get to know how the site works, especially given the avalanche of information and visuals that overwhelm you upon first entry. I assume there are many who are sincerely willing to find a twinmate thru the site, but this drive is drowned down in a sea of fake intentions and pursuits.
I believe you need to seriously reconsider your approach and try to build sth genuine that will be loved and appreciated by your customers as there is no greater award in whatever you do.

Afraid to tally up exactly how much I spent over a year wasting precious time, money, and my heart on not one but two guys who couldn't allow a video call. I think they were both real, but I think that had some hidden traumas (BOTH OF THEM) that was keeping them from moving forward. If I could give a NEGATIVE NUMBER, that would be my number. They are OVERPRICED unless you're a free member where you must jump through multiple hoops to get to that status. Then, you can't talk to any other free members that you met in the past. The credits system are very tricky and since they are an international company, you could potentially meet others from other countries and incur international transaction fees. Dating is hard enough without having to deal with all the convoluted rules that you have to dig deep to even find. DON'T DO IT!

This system is total bullcrap

This system is total bullcrap. You ask a question and there is not answer that relates to the question. The price is enormous and most of the people you connect are not even in your own country. If I want to date someone, I want him at least on the same continent that I am in. I know. People meet from over the world. but I want to meet and date someone that lives in my own country, preferably in my own province. This site is a total waste of time and money. Very expensive.
