I was curious about Davek so I bought three umbrellas for Christmas, two to give as presents and one for myself.
I am impressed by the quality and I am also glad that I bought the sensors.

Order it on Dec 20th, paid for expedite shipping and still have not received it (Jan 5 2025)

I bought two umbrellas on December 21st and haven't received them. They're not responding to my emails.
They gave me a tracking number, but they don't tell me which company it belongs to, so I can't track it.
It's a disaster, and the worst part is that they're not replying to emails.

ordered dec 21.. arrived jan 2nd. Not sent to the shipping address and instead to the billing address. Now I have to ship my xmas gift to another state for arrival after the cut off for saying happy new year!
Cant judge the umbrella since no has opened the box to see it yet.

The umbrella is on par with $10 corner store options, how they justify their prices is a mystery. Shipment took twice as long as advertized, had to pay own shipping to return, and didn't even get a full refund. Scam.

The products are excellent, the service is prompt and efficient. What’s not to like?

We left our Davek mini in Italy by mistake and one of the first things we did when we got home was order a replacement. The umbrella is perfect in size and function. It easily fits in a purse or a jacket pocket and our old one was super reliable.

You can’t have too many umbrellas in the rainy Climate of the northeast U S — one of my friends said recently.

That statement gave me the gift-ideas for every one on my Christmas list.

Everyone got an umbrella, in one size or another, in one color or another.

Davek’s variety of sizes and colors allowed everyone to have an umbrella in a color to fit their personality, and in a size to fit their lifestyle. All were duly impressed with the umbrellas they received, to say the very least.

The Commuter and the Mini were appreciated by all.

And I know that’s a gift they all have a use for!

I can’t evaluate the product as I have not received it yet! It’s not supposed to be here until 1-5, which is 3days after I leave for the trip I ordered the umbrella for. So it is useless to me. I will be returning the product for a refund as soon as I get back!

Seamless replacement of a broken umbrella. Some 4 years after the original purchase. Excellent quality nevertheless and even better customer service.

I have three different sizes of Davek umbrellas and I love them all. They’re great, strong, good looking umbrellas and I love that they’re made right here in the US.

Have a brand new Davek Elite (the cane umbrella). 2nd day of use and the little metal toggle has already come loose.

It's cosmetic and not enough to send in for a fix. But for a brand new $450 umbrella, you'd think they'd QC it a bit more. Bit disappointing.
