The oak stable door I bought has just been installed after a lengthy renovation, it is absolutely gorgeous very solid and makes a wonderful addition to the renovation of my 1850’s cottage. Could not be happier. Totally recommend

Late being delivered but was in time for fitting after chasing. Door furniture supplied is very poor quality with the coating coming away after only a few months use. The doors were given two coats of undercoat and three coats of exterior paint but it has done nothing but split and warp. I can't in all conscience recommend this company. It wasn't cheap and the quality is very poor.

Your website has great clarity and superb collection of designs appropriate for a variety of properties.

Door arrived in great condition. Just a shame it took over 4 weeks instead of the 7-14 days I was initially told. Also no communication about the delay.

Whilst still in their wrapping the delivery was great as predicted the delivery driver was great and really helpful. He gets my medal of the day. Thank you

Great product delivered quickly would definitely use them again

So let's break this down into a couple of stages:

Online purchasing - no complaints - the website it straight forward and does what it says on the tin.

Delivery - yes the product, or part of the product, was delivered but I wasn't informed of when this was happening until the delivery driver called me to tell me he was delivering my door within the hour.

Second part of the product - handle, lock etc. was only delivered 3 weeks later and again no communication from the company as to when it was going to be delivered.

Customer services - If there was a way to give negative stars then they would be at negative 100 for the simple reason that despite me sending over a dozen emails and the same number of voicemails requesting an update as to the delivery date or time of my product I am still waiting to hear back from them.
Appalling doesn't even come close.

Heaven help me if I need to return something or get a refund because I don't know how I'll get it contact with them.

So in short, if they are selling a door that you like then find it elsewhere even if it's more expensive. At least you won't be wondering if you've been scammed.

Great product swift delivery ...... no faults

All very straight forward. i ordered on their website online and got an email confirming receipt of my payment etc. I then received my tracker a few days later. The driver was fully loaded and heading up north so i assume these guys are on the road for several days (judging by the drops on the tracker i was drop 8 of 16) He was very diligent and polite and helped me lift the doors in to the house. He checked the items delivered were correct and took a picture to confrim. From order to delivery 6 days. Thanks again.

BUYER BE WARE! Do not use this company unless you want a stressful and challenging experience.
We placed an order in good faith, we reach out many times for confirmation of delivery date, we had zero response from daves doors until they realised our VISA company recalled payment after we raised a dispute. We tried several time to get a response via email and
phone calls, however, there customer
service is none existent. Your door may turn up or may never turn up it's a
lottery.

Terrible company to deal with, when I have manged to get through on online chat they gave me a delivery date (14-day delivery is working days apparently!) we're now passed that delivery date, I have had no emails from them, they will not answer calls or emails and now will not answer the online chat. Are they scammers or will they actually deliver my door?! If it comes, I will update and improve my review accordingly.

We sent an email to Dave's Doors to cancel our door order. Managed to contact the company who actually made the door, LPD, who put delivery on hold but as many people have found, no-one answers the phone at Dave's Doors or responds to emails so have been unable to arrange our refund.I actually thought they had gone bust and certainly will do treating customers with the contempt and disrespect we have encountered dealing with this company.

Received a reply from Dave's doors which simply confirmed the address????

Had to open a dispute before any reply after phone calls,emails and social media. Door arrived but will never deal with again.

The door is great I cannot fault that. But the customer service was terrible. The phone was never answered and I also never had a call back. It took two weeks for someone to tell me the door I ordered was out of stock and I waited over a month for the product.

Good quality door - very happy with it.
