This is my second purchase with….
This is my second purchase with Dayalane and the dining chairs I ordered this time are of excellent quality. They are sturdy, modern, beautiful, and reasonably priced. Very fast shipping and when I email them they respond quickly as well. My first purchase was over a year ago for an accent chair for my business. It is solid and still in great condition despite heavy use. Thank you Dayalane! I will be purchasing more furniture in the future!

I feel they advertised and showed a…
I feel they advertised and showed a Chair + Ottoman. Confirmed in an email after I purchased it that I was getting a Chair + Ottoman and then only delivered the chair and never delivered the ottoman and said that I had to purchase that separately. I sent them screen shots of the confirmation I received saying that I purchased a Chair × Ottoman and they refused to honor sending me the ottoman. Im very dissatisfied and feel they completely misrepresented both the sale and the confirmation ...and the customer support.

NICE modern table!!
Sheek looking table, easy assembly for legs, extremely protected in mailed wood crate! SUPER heavy, possibly 300-350lbs which is not specified on their site and should be so one can coordinate strong men to pick up! Has kind of a clangy sound when hitting the table instead of a solid stone sound but I can overlook that since it’s really nice looking. I believe Aspen White would have been a bit softer in color on the marble swirls but the site doesn’t give that information even though someone had asked what the difference was for both “white” tables offered. I am more of a modern home decorator and this table with the light gray chairs I chose is amazing together! The extendable ends are easy to pull out or push in but I leave them out since I have a large dining room area. And the price is very reasonable! Oh, if you want chairs with “arm rests” to go in half way under the table then you’ll need arm rests to be no more than 26.5” in front and no more than 27.5” half way up the arm rest. Due to my leaving the extended piece out, my chairs fit all the way around the table BUT if I were to put the extended ends down the chairs on the ends will NOT go half way under the table so pay attention when ordering chairs! To solve this problem, don’t order arm rests. If I had known, I would have ordered chairs with NO arm rests but it’s ok since my ends are always up. Also, overweight people have a harder time sitting in dining room chairs with arm rests since it’s tight. I found out when my friend came over, sadly, so make sure you don’t order chairs that are 19” or less from left to right when sitting! Once again, the table is REALLY NICE, seats 10, very modern, easy to clean (a little dish liquid in water) and very unique! Definitely worth the money!

Damaged table was delivered
Damaged table was delivered. Overall aesthetically pleasing however was also missing screws for assembly. Theres a slit down the middle of the table to connect two pieces. If you spill on the table, everything drains down the slit.

I ordered a table & 2 chairs..no table received
I ordered a table & 2 chairs. I asked to have them shipped together. I got the chairs yesterday. The table was scheduled for today. Ups said it's delayed with no eta given. Just still on the way. I called dayalane & UPS and got no eta. Ups said they needed billing update. Dayalane said she would contact support. I'm left with 2 chairs i assembled, no table, all paid for. I am very upset.

Ordered four dining chairs which came on time and are beautiful however one of the chairs wouldn’t fit together as supposed too so screws are hanging out. I have emailed them and they said cannnot replace the chair as out of stock so would I like my money back, I agreed thinking how nice a company it was then had email this morning saying refunded for the one chair so now I’m back to having three chairs around the table that are ok same as before I bought the new ones. Don’t get me wrong I know they are giving back for the chair but it’s not a set anymore which is what I paid for

Dayalane has the best customer service! They were so responsive with questions on when items would be restocked, and even sent another set of chairs when one piece of a chair arrived damaged. The dining room chairs I purchased are beautiful, comfortable, and very easy to assemble. Shipping was also very fast! Highly recommend!

Bad packaging means damaged products
I ordered the Charles Lounge Armchair. The packaging is not adequate for the product inside. The first one arrived busted open and there was a cracked wood part. I like the style though.
Customer service sent a replacement quickly which was great. They accidentally sent 2 replacements. The 2nd one also had a busted box and the wood pieces were slightly damaged. We had to mix pieces from the 2nd and 3rd to get a quality chair for the $250 I paid. Honestly, the 3rd box didn’t have any packaging inside the box; just the parts with screws rolling around.
I don't recommend their products.
Update: the company offered me $50 if I would take down this honest review.
