Terrible Customer Service (Re; Problems Daylight Lumi LED…
Had problems with my Daylight Lumi LED light not working. There was no help for trouble shooting on the website. I did not know what the problem was so I called Daylight Customer Service in the US. I had to call 15-20 times before the call did not "fail" and went through. I got a bored cranky know it all Daylight rep (the phone number was listed as in Texas) who was not help and knew nothing and then was irritable and cranky about my call (which totally was a POOR representative of your company).
I decided to order a new transformer and trouble shoot my light issues alone. After NOT receiving an order acknowledgment from your website NOR did I get the transformer (waited 2 weeks), I called Daylight customer service again. I again had to call repeatedly to not have my call "fail" and I again got the same irritable and rude Daylight Rep (what are the chances??). She insisted the problem was on my end and if I had successfully purchased it, I would have gotten an acknowledgment and told me to look on my credit card receipts. I used a business card and had no way to see the charge so since I did not get a Daylight order acknowledgment, I then re-ordered for 2 transformers this time so I would not have to deal with Daylight Customer service again. Then I DID get an emailed acknowledgment. Then lo and behold, I get a package with 1 transformer in it and then 4 days later, got a package with 2 transformers in it.
I LOVE my drafting board Daylight Lumi LED but your rep in the US from Texas as GOT TO GO!! Horrible representation (and NO help) of a company that I love.
Great assistance with identifying correct replacement cord!
I was delighted to discover there was a replacement cord available for an older lamp. Daylight Company was most helpful in identifying the correct one. My order was processed quickly, with only slight delay in delivery due to the crazy winter storms throughout the country. It would have been helpful if they let me know (email?) about the delay.
Updating review to more stars
I previously rated one star and here to update to three stars. I hadn’t received tracking info but then the light arrived after I wrote the first review. The magnifying floor light was easy to assemble and is very bright which is great for my close up embroidery work.
My last two magnifying lamps
My last two magnifying lamps, one was a rechargeable and after about 8 years it started losing its charge after about 3 hours which was fair enough. I bought another one the same but after a couple of days the pole snapped as it was only plastic. I bought a Daylight as a replacement and I absolutely love it, it it brilliant.

Daylight Company crappy product crappy service
The Halo Go has a charging unit that failed after 5 uses, just out of store returns period. Daylight Company did not respond to initial online contact form. Won't even consider addressing the issue without proof of purchase, video, photos. I don't have the original store receipt but I do have the non-working light and I don't have the $129.00 I paid for it! Look at their website. It's all hype and no substance.

The light that failed was used very little. At the price of this light it should last much longer than it did.
