Simply the worst company around. Unclear sign up details, poor customer service, no ability to provide evidence of emails they claim to have sent.
So many better sports streaming services available so avoid dazn unless you want an expensive disappointment !

I think its devious making people…
I think its devious making people subscribe to dazn to be abke to buy a pay per view. If a customer only wants to watch a pay per view, they should only buy the payper view without having to subscribe for 7 days and then with the chance of forgetting to cancel the subscription before the 7 days and then end up paying for what you never intended to. This just happened to me and its not the 1st time. You get trapped into getting a free 7 days subscription and they will be hoping you forget to cancel it on time and then end up paying for something you will not even use. I got the subscription just for the specific fights i wanted to watch and im not interested in any other fights or shows.

Be careful when buying on a free trial…
After initially not wanting to refund me I left a one star review on here. Now I’ve been refunded I’ve changed it to 3 stars because of that. Please look after your customers and re train some of your representatives the one I had didn’t have any compassion like a robot.

You cannot PPV you have to agree to a 7…
You cannot PPV you have to agree to a 7 day free trial, you get no notification that the trial is coming to an end and if you forget to cancel like I did then you are charged 25.99, many then get tied into a years subscription at 25.99 per month so be careful. I won’t use again which is a shame as feel ripped off, I just wanted a simple PPV.

Absolute scammers AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolute scammers. They have been unlawfully taking £14.99 a month from my disabled son's account for goodness knows how long!
They don't give a DAMN that they are ripping off vulnerable adults, and trying to speak to a human being is nigh on impossible.
The A.I bot is ridiculous.
Best advice would be to avoid these rip off merchants like the plague.
They are the scummiest bunch of cowboys you will ever come across.

Beware! Signed up for the fabio fight on saturday as one off using the 7 day free cancellation option like many others it seems. Cancelled the next day. It said i have to pay for 12 more months before my cancellation will start. What they advertise and what they provide are very different!

I cancelled the day after I subscribed, they charged me a cancellation fee and confirmed cancellation.
Three months after I realize that they are charging me monthly.. I contact them again and they refuse to issue a refund..

The worst streaming app
The worst decision I made was creating an account with this app. 1- It's expensive 2- They don't show the programs they promise. 3- I also have to pay for the pay-per-views. It doesn't make sense to pay for the app plus the pay-per-views. You're pay for a complete package and not just for half of it. Now I can't cancel my monthly subscription and the worst part is that they don't show the streming for which I bought it. DAZN THE WORST APP FOR STREAMING.

On a Saturday night, I bought what I thought was a one off purchase of a boxing match! But it appears, I have bought a full 12 month package, which now cannot be cancelled until April next year at £25 per month!!! Help desk is no help, and contract cannot be cancelled!!! Just looked on the website and it is not clear at all!! Hidden small print, unclear contracts… I thought dodgey dealing by thieves like these was all in the past!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a fight twice and couldn’t watch it. I asked for a refund and they refused. There is no customer service number. You just have to chat with a bot. It’s a total scam. Don’t purchase anything through DAZN.

If you cancel they will still charge you for the next 30 days no matter what, they added new language into their "agreement" that is not clear until you cancel. Pretty sad .. I really liked this service but now they are stealing charging you past what you pay for initially.
