Be careful with one off PPV tricks.
I wanted to watch the Wardly vs Dubois fight but didn’t have much time to get it set up at my sister house. TV crashed and had issues so signed in again via different account and paid. Now I found out the original account did go through and I am locked into 12 month contract. No email communication can be found, nothing to indicate I am in a contract other than a bill a month later. I feel this was very covert on their part. Be careful if you are just buying a one off PPV, they are a roofless business that will not budge if you make one simple mistake.
Update- Contact made saying they will not help, I cannot get out of the contract. They “kindly” tuned off auto renew for May 2027 (12 months away) which is the only flexibility they are willing to offer following this technical issue (scam). I also have a friend that done exactly the same thing so it seems this is a common, sneaky little trap that DAZN do regularly. What an absolutely disgusting business.

I would rate it lower but that's not possible. I am not a sports fanatic. I wanted to watch the Superbowl In February. When I looked up options, DAZN popped up, with the free trial and cancel anytime options. Just what I was looking for. However, I cancelled right away after the game but have been paying for it ever since. It is now June. My biggest pet peeve is there is no contact us option. Only dialogue boxes with preset answers. I want to talk to a person about this but no option. So avoid it at all costs is my suggestion for everyone. No I didn't read the fine print, my bad. Just trying to warn everyone else like me.

Beware extra costs
Beware. You can be charged twice for PPV events! The confusing system can allow you to purchase a PPV for an event as well as a 'free trial' for 7 days for same event, then charge you again at the end of that period. Despite clearly not needing two options to view one event and even if you dont access their platform over the 7 day trial otherwise, their system allows this and also doesnt confirm via mail that you effectively have two purchases in place for one event. So if you activated a 7 day trial starting with the event, you dont need a PPV or if you wanted the PPV you dont need a 7 day trial starting the same day, if you did want one. In my case I was happy with the PPV, didnt want or knew I also had the 7 day trial in place until the additional charge the following week. The customer services just repeat the same thing and are ineffective. Its confusing and probably intended to get a few people slipping up and paying twice for something they've watched once. You will get emails galore about upcoming fights but none confirming the transactions until the payments are taken. Funny that. The events are okay but be wary of charges which make it very poor value. You wont get your money back

No right minded person would agree to it. Especially when they only show 4/5 big fights per year. It’s not worth it, and it doesn’t hold value for money, so to force people to be frozen in a contract they’ve used small print, tricks and specially written statements to get people stuck in a 12 month contract. This is theft. I cancelled. I never agreed to a 12 month contract. The value for money is a dream in their heads as for a boxing fan they just don’t have the entertaining events they wish. I’m phoning my bank up immediately this morning and I’m putting in a complaint with Financial Ombudsman Service as DAZN have failed to describe the services as they are, terms must be transparent and fair, which they are not. Locking people in for a platform such as this for 12 months is unlawful.

I gave this one star because there was no option to give it zero. DAZN acquired Kayo Sports an Australian streaming service that was operating ok, not great but watchable. It is now an absolute shit show where I am contemplating using VPN to cancel this service and get my football from an overseas streaming service

Canceling this subscription is a extremely difficult.
They intentionally make it as difficult as possible, then later force you into contact customer support just to stop being billed.

I signed up for DAZN only to watch a single match. During the subscription process, it was not made sufficiently clear that I was committing to a 12-month contract. The way the subscription options are presented is confusing and, in my opinion, misleading, creating the impression that you are signing up for a flexible monthly subscription.
As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted customer support. Unfortunately, they showed no willingness to help or offer a reasonable solution, despite the fact that I had only used the service to watch one match and had no intention of entering into a long-term commitment.
What disappoints me most is not only the lack of transparency during the sign-up process, but also the complete lack of customer care afterward. Being locked into a year-long contract because of unclear advertising and then receiving no meaningful assistance is extremely frustrating.

Very negative experience with DAZN
I subscribed to DAZN to watch the boxing match featuring Rico and Usyk. After the event, my subscription was simply renewed automatically, without this being made clear enough to me.
What bothers me most is how difficult it was to cancel the subscription. On the website, it is unclear where to go, you are sent from one page to another, and it strongly feels as if this has been made deliberately complicated. It seems designed to discourage people from cancelling.
To me, this is not customer-friendly and honestly feels quite misleading. Signing up is easy, but cancelling is made unnecessarily difficult. That leaves a very bad impression after a sports event that I only wanted to pay for once.
Based on this experience, I would not use DAZN again and I would strongly advise others to be very careful before subscribing.

Completely scammed. Signed up for month to month because I only wanted to use it for champions league, and then come to find “You can exit your contract today and move back to a flexible monthly plan with an adjustment fee of $50.00”, it was month to month with hidden year commitment, zero flags about this when i signed up. Can't remove Spoilers in the live update box
I pay to watch a champions league final, but could only replay it after it had actually happen but when you try to watch full screen on the laptop it shows you the live updates on 1/3 of the screen on your right revealing the end results. What is up with that? No option to remove it... horrible sport watching experience

Complete scam artists—hidden subscriptions and impossible to cancel
Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for a single PPV event, only to find out they sneakily auto-subscribed me to a monthly plan without explicit clarity. To make it worse, they intentionally hide the cancellation button on their mobile website to stop you from leaving, and trap you with a ridiculous 30-day notice period. The service I paid 28 euros for wasn't there
I paid 28 euros to see Usyk and Rico fight, and the broadcast quality was shocking.
I lost half the fight due to constant glitches, which made it impossible to keep up with the match.
My broadband speed is exceptional, so I feel I was ripped off. The service I paid for wasn't there.
