My delivery arrived in good condition and on time.
The driver let me know in good time when he was arriving and was really helpful, polite and I noticed, had all the other items on the load well secured.

Brilliant service. Asked for a call half an hour beforehand and we received this as requested. Prompt and efficient.

We had to change our delivery day and were given one very close to the original which was great. The driver phoned us 25 mins before delivery to confirm the drop time. When we opened the door he had already unloaded our rose arch - how he lifted it I don’t know. Awesome service thankyou.

Fantastic delivery service, Josh was above and beyond, last delivery on a Saturday night and he was the first to offer to help carry all the fence panels to the side of the house, an absolute credit to this service.

The driver made contact the day before to explain he might arrive before 7am as ours might well be the first delivery he was going to make yesterday. We did not hear a thing and found he had left the consignment precisely where we had asked him to leave it.
Throughout communication was exemplary, messages were clear and timely.
You driver is a credit to you.

TE delivered a large garden planter this morning. It couldn’t be put just inside the gate as there were some building materials in the way. He went above and beyond in bringing it right into my back garden and even asked me where I wanted it. He was friendly, professional and considerate. I was most pleasantly surprised and very grateful. The delivery was also prompt and on time. Very impressed.

What an excellent service, better than any other delivery company. Lots of updates and, importantly, rapid responses to emails. Delivered exactly as specified and in the time window, a week sooner than the supplier had suggested. Polite, thoughtful and responsive. I couldn’t fault them.

I received notification of the imminent delivery of my parcels via DK. Gifts for my birthday. I knew I would be unable to receive them at the time stated, my husband had a clinic appointment. I left a message with DB asking if the parcels could be left elsewhere. On return they had been neatly stacked according to my request. Excellent response times for both the sender and the recipient. Efficient response line. Very happy to use again.

DB Freelance Ltd are very customer centric. The responded to my emails very promptly and worked around my availability to receive my parcel. The delivery driver Dave Nlove INNY contacted me just before arriving to confirm that I was at home and to locate my address, as was not on Google Maps. Dave was very friendly. I would defo use this company again.
