My order never arrived - and then it disappeared from my online account...WITHOUT giving a refund.

Items from my order never arrived. But they 'disappeared' from the order on my online account.
I am still awaiting the £101.65 for items that I do not have!
Do not use this company. Their customer service ignore you (and you can only contact them via What's App)
Unfortunately I didn't pay with a credit card - which could then be disputed. However, as their head office is Manchester UK based, I will try using the small claims court or a refund.

Avoid dealing with this retailer great with delivering and taking your money not so much with refunding and contacting I'm still waiting for a refund even though I sent back with evri and tracking proves they received the item back two weeks ago I'll stick with temu and shein at least they're fair with refunding

ordered a Freezer on the 9th November…

ordered a Freezer on the 9th November was notified by Evri with full tranaction Code this item has been out for delivery apparently for 6 days tried to chat to someone just get automated messages keeps repeating the same question now after 4 days of trying to find out where my Freezer is all contact has stopped so i am now £143 down shocking company they should not be allowed to continue

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Once they've scammed you via Debenhams you're doomed. Unable to contact them to return faulty £175 dehumidifier.

Just wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Did not receive refund

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, arrived promptly and happy with purchase as true to image shown on website.
Returned one pair over a month ago, received email confirming reciept of shoes . Still waiting for refund, no comunication at all, despite sending numerous requests. Eventually reported via Paypal and received a refund via their system.

Avoid any market place sellers

Bought two items thought they were both from Debenhams so I thought it would be trustworthy. The item from Debenhams company itself arrived. The other item arrived and it was from a marketplace seller which I hadn’t realised when I placed the order and contrary to the picture online showing a lovely little gingerbread house what came was a piece of plastic with a picture of a gingerbread house on it. I’m having difficulty returning it. I have had one reply asking me if I would have £3 off my price as a refund and I have said no I want a full refund. However, you cannot return it until they give you the return address to send it to.This is shocking that they are allowed to get away with selling rubbish and scamming people all under the heading of Debenhams be very wary or do not buy from Debenhams at all.
Since everybody started buying online after Covid, scammers and con artists have taken this opportunity to build up their business and rip people off more and more. I am buying less and less online now and I would prefer to go into a store because I have been scammed three times in the last year on items bought online

This is the worst company in the world…

This is the worst 2companies in the world to deal with when it comes to returns I will not be buying from them again. I have tried to set up a return 4 times without success. I gave up the last time I tried to return and lost my money I will not let this happen this time. I am talking of Debenhams and Wallis equally as bad.

!DONOT BE RIPPED OFF!

I purchased an item from 'Debenhams' online thinking it was the store previously on the high street, !wrong! When the item was received it was of Chinese origin, unlabelled and of poor quality. I have e-mailed the company re their returns procedure and have received no reply as yet (considering other customers experience I am unlikely to).
Hence, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY it is a conduit for scam businesses and a bare faced rip off which should be investigated by the UK Trading Standards Authority.

DON'T USE

DON'T USE.
Ordered dresses from Debenhams. Orders came from 4 different businesses and the returns have been an absolute nightmare. Still waiting for refund from one company. Debenhams have all the order details bits still don't know who owes me what for what. Awful, stressful procedure and I will never buy from them again. Still down £50 which I think I'm going to lose at this rate.

3 requests now to return an item - no response whatsoever. Been caught it seems - wish I’d read the reviews. I now realise this is a company masquerading under name of Debenhams. I’m £35 out of pocket for something that is not fit for purpose.

I Ordered what i thought was a lovely fluffy table lamp, it arrived and it would fit in a Dolls House.
Of course there is no phone to call and complain.
Rather cross with Debenhams as such a large company and using this
