Daniel and his team were very good, I went there for a jewellery remodel using my mum and mother in-laws rings. A beautiful ring was created which I am delighted with. Initially it was a little big however it was resized with out charge. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great customer service the person who served us was Hannah and was very patient. What she didn’t know she sort advice from more experienced and the 1st diamond looked at fit like a glove.

Went into Daniel Christopher in the afternoon of the 4th July to pick an engagement ring to surprise my now fiancée with that evening. I had no experience of selecting rings, but Hannah was great in helping me choose a beautiful ring which I was able to collect by the end of the day. Although slightly too big there was no issue taking this back to be resized which Daniel Christopher did very quickly. A great service, and a lovely diamond engagement ring so we plan to use Daniel Christopher again for the wedding bands.

Exemplary customer service from start to finish. I wanted a sentimental piece of jewellery repaired and was very specific in my instructions not to polish the ring, as I wanted to maintain its integrity. From the start when I sent an enquiry, Sophie was absolutely wonderful. She understood my request and the fact that the piece of jewellery means a lot to me, dealt with my query sensitively and was very efficient.Dan listened to me when I took the ring in for my consultation, was warm yet professional, discussed the repair with me and managed my expectations in terms of cost and time frame. It was done very quickly and communication is faultless. I experienced Sophie’s fantastic customer service and friendly manner again, this time in person when I collected the ring and was astonished at what an amazing job had been done. Whoever worked on the ring is extremely skilled and talented. I felt quite emotional seeing it. A very special piece of jewellery, priceless to me, which can be worn once again and a seamless experience from start to finish. I cannot sing the company’s praises highly enough and will be recommending their services to everyone. Thank you very much for your care. If only all companies worked like this, life would be much easier!

Great craftmanship, I loved the ring.

Brilliant service, great advice from in house skilled jewellers and staff. Mended my engagement ring and had it looking better than before it broke, re sized it alongside this, resized my wedding band also complimentary! I bought a beautiful emerald half eternity there also. Would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous service from start to finish I would highly recommend.

We received very helpful advice on how best to achieve the result we wanted in ‘repairing’ a patterned wedding ring. This was followed by impressive workmanship that created a ring that was as good as new.

Reset my wife's diamond ring and now looks as good as new. Nice people.

From the first call to Daniel Christopher to receiving the Trilogy engagement ring it has been the most perfect experience. I live in Cornwall and only had 3 weeks to get a ring. Although a shorter lead time to their normal 5-6 weeks they were able to work with this and with the superb help from both Hannah and Dan, they guided in how to choose the main diamond using the videos to inspect the diamonds better than the human eye and their explanations as to what each classification meant to make an informed choice.

I didn't even know the ring size but I sent through photos of her hand and left the rest to the team there.

The ring arrived via Special Delivery exactly when we had arranged 3 weeks previously and I couldn't be more pleased when it arrived, better than I could ever have imagined, superb craftmanship. The ring is beautiful, the diamonds excellent and most important thing of all, my wife to be absolutely loves it.
