Quick delivery, good value for money

Ordering was fine and the threads were supplied in 2 packs about a week apart with a list of the contents supplied with each pack. Unfortunately, the 1st pack had 3 mistakes with a total of 9 skeins missing. Emails about this were ignored and, after a couple of weeks, I bought the missing skeins elsewhere. This is theft and made their skeins more expensive than their competitors. I cannot imagine how a company with such a dire customer service record (read the other reviews - I wish I had) can have survived for as long as they have. No, I won't use them again, once bitten, twice shy.

Smooth transaction but with delivery, no delivery note inside envelope and wondered why the rest of my order wasn’t there. Guessed that because papers were flat and bottles bulky, they weren’t sent together.

Ordered 8x8 cards with envelopes and they came within days of ordering them. The service was amazing. Will definitely recommend. Thank you DNC

I ordered from DCN Crafts in November, after 3 weeks and no delivery I emailed to ask where my order was. It took a couple of days but I did get an email to say one part was out of stock and would I like a refund, that was the last time I heard from this company, i had asked for a refund so i could buy the item elsewhere. I emailed every few days hoping for a response and got nothing. I waited until January and then filed a claim through my bank for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs as by the looks of it, he randomly selects those people who will actually get anything they order while the rest of us have our money stolen. Be wary of the 5 star reviews, they are all 'invited' to leave good reviews, which looks incredibly suspicious!
