I placed an order three weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve sent three emails, filled out the online contact form, and even messaged on social media—but I haven’t received any response. At this point, it feels like I’ve just gifted them €149.

Waited 30 days for the wrong item to arrive
Paid for express shipping, parcel was not packed nor shipped from De Sunglasses until 12days after purchasing. Followed up via email 3 times, only got a response that was short and admitted no fault or retribution for the express charge. Waited approx. 29days to arrive and they sent the wrong colour frame (tortoise shell, not black). Have had no response from customer service 3 business days later. Absolutely horrified at their level of customer service. Will be taking this up with the consumer ombudsman.
