I bought the sunglasses at 59 euro
I bought the sunglasses at 59 euro. A few days after I received them they were over 25% cheaper. I sent a message about it and didn't even get a reply. The sunglasses are great but the customer care is very poor.

Although the customer care is a different department, the Greek Trade Association, announced that the sales season in Greece must be 5 July-31 August, so like every store and e-commerce in Greece, we are obligated to set sales to our products during these days. Please note that it was your choice to not wait until the sales season, thus this review has nothing to do with the product and its quality, or the customer service.

Good quality and great design, but very strange lenses
I received the product within a few days of purchase, packed in a nice box. Everything looks professional and elegant, and in my opinion very good quality. I love the Milano Epsilon frames and was excited to put them on, but then I got surprised - the lenses are mirroring and reflecting what you are wearing and seeing behind you from the inside of the glasses. I have never experienced this before and I find it very uncomfortable, basically impossible to wear. I called the company, they answered immediately and were very polite and said this is normal since they are “straight lenses”... Don’t know if it is normal for others, but for me it’s very bothering to focus while looking through the glasses when in the inside of the lenses you see the reflection of the people who are sitting behind you. I returned the product and am waiting for my refund. So all in all - I believe the product is high quality and I appreciate the company’s effort, but I find them personally unusable with such a lens. Maybe it’s individual.

Η παράδοση για Κύπρο είναι 5-7 εργάσιμες ημέρες και παραγγείλατε Κυριακή (τα Σαββατοκύριακα δεν προσμετρώνται). Το δέμα σας έχει φθάσει απο 2/04 οπότε έχει φθάσει ακριβώς στο όριο των ημερών. Επιπλέον έχει γίνει απόπειρα παράδοσης απο την courier της περιοχής σας την Παρασκευή δίχως να σάς εντοπίσουν. Δυστυχώς δε φέρουμε ευθύνη εαν δεν βρισκόσασταν στο χώρο την ώρα της διακίνησης του δέματος.
