I had blinds fitted last year in a rental property but the tenants broke the cord chain but Hannah was very helpful and explained how to fix them and provided the parts for free. Very friendly and always willing to help.

Everything from start to finish has been excellent. One of the best blind companies I have dealt with. The quote experience was well explained as was the visit to the showroom. Dan the fitter was prompt and did an excellent job. His friendly manner put us both at ease and he explained clearly how to use them. We will certainly use Direct Blinds again.

excellent customer service. the fitting was prompt. the quality of the actual blind is fantastic, the fabric is beautiful. i was kept update through the full process and received a courtesy call 20 mins before the fitter arrived. from beginning to end super professional service

From the first contact to the fitting, everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. Sam, on reception kept us up to date every step and Peter, who called in to provide the estimate was brilliant.
We had them fitted today by Dan, who was quick but methodical.
And best of all, they turned out to be the cheapest of our estimates—what’s not to like. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Good product - well fitted. The service we received was excellent- they came when they said they would and kept us updated throught the process. Paul & Rob worked hard when they were here and tidied up well after themselves, even separating the recycling rubbish out for us. Would definitely recommend.

Brought 8 sets of blinds to be fitted in the whole of my downstairs. The system was simple, quick and I was very satisfied with the results. The fitted was professional and fast and polite. When one of the blinds for my back door didnt fit. The fitter (Dan) went back to the factory to have it resized and came back within the hour! Amazing service. Would highly recommend.
