Fake, wrong item and bad customer service

I ordered some trainer for my boyfriend and they sent me a completely different pair which also look like fakes. Terrible quality. I have emailed them to ask for a refund and how to return the trainers to them and no response! Disgraceful company do not buy from them you are not saving yourself any money!!

Fake!

Saved and bought my daughter a green 5c iPhone for her birthday. After two months it wouldn't turn on. No problem I thought, they have me a years warranty! Ha! No reply to my emails, website disappeared! So I tried PayPal and lo and behold a response! But alas PayPal said it wasn't covered by their buyer protection scheme?????!!!!!! So back to trying to email pixelukcommunicationapps - no response! Integrated Networking what a joke! I have a heartbroken teen with no phone - great! Not!

TERRIBLE

Iphone 5s paid 169.99 for it abit steep but paid the extra as was sold with 12 months warranty. the phone is faulty you cant even turn it on ..the website has gone ..the contact numbers gone .... i have had to go through Paypal to get communications and hopefully fingers crossed my money back.. Obviously one of those companies that winds itself up and trades in a different name to avoid warranty and refunds. if anyone else is trying to find this company ..its INTEGRATED SECURITY NETWORKING LLC

iPhone 5c Replacement

I bought an iPhone 5c and unfortunately it broke. Under the warrantee, Deal Hero agreed to replace it. Unfortunately as my original model was out of stock it was taking a long time to sort out a replacement, they provided me with a higher model (32GB as opposed to my original 16GB). Even though this took a long time to sort out, the customer service assistant was understanding and eventually sorted it out. Overall I am satisfied.

Cheap prices but they cannot deliver....

I have been in the market for a Canon 5D Mark3 and having done some research I found DealHero to be one of the most cost effective. I was concerned with going with the cheapest but I figured what could go wrong other than perhaps some delay in delivery seeing that it was an import. I also had an event on May 27th that I wanted the camera for and I thought that this was enough time. So I placed my order on May 1st having noted that on their website it stated that the item was "In Stock". Delivery was to take place around May11th. I even got a call from the company to confirm delivery and thank me for my order. I thought it was quite decent and any fears melted away.

May11th came and went. The very next day I tried to contact the company and when I looked at their support time I realised that the support hours were from the afternoon UK time which meant that the support team was based more than likely in the US - which it was as I discovered after calling their 0161 number as their was an American ringtone. Unsurprisingly there was no "agent" available to answer my call, so I left a voicemail to enquire about my delivery. I didn't get a call back so a sent an email which was replied to some 24hours later stating that the item should be delivered soon and I would receive a tracking number.

Few days passed and still no tracking number. Chase emails went out May16th and some chap (same chap that's on the voicemail message actually) called to say that my item is delayed due to some earthquake in Japan. Apparently their supplier was taken out due to the earthquake - which as it happens I've never heard anything about. The chap assured me that the tracking number should be received by May 20th or May23rd latest.

Needless to say, May 23rd came and passed. May 24th I called up Paypal to complain that I had not received the item and that I now wished to cancel the transaction. The Paypal agent was very sympathetic much to my surprise. I pointed out that if they were to look at DH's website, the item is shown as "In Stock" and therefore it baffles me as to why the delivery still hasn't taken place since the order on May1st. Literally within 4hours I received a full refund even though on the t&c of DH states that there's a 6% transaction fee for cancelations that delivery hasn't occurred.

Finally I got a call from DH May 25th apologising profusely and to ask if there was anything they could do to make things right. He also stated that he was able to get the item to me by May 27th. The goodness in my heart was softening as here I was stuck with a situation without the camera I needed for the upcoming event and their apology was doing the trick. So I asked if he was sure whether or not he was able to hit the timeline and get the item to me on May 27th and if the stock was there or not. And this is the part that swayed me to write this review, the chap told me he had to go and check. At this point I knew I would be in to more of the same wishy washiness. At this time I told him to forget it and that I would just use my primary 5D and run without the back up camera or rent one if I needed.

This could have been a one off - who knows - but I certainly would not be returning for an order any time in the near or long term future. My advise to anyone placing an order would be to check the support hours of the company they are buying from - if it's not within the same working hours as your location - then might be best to walk away as it's obvious that the seller is not locally based an you have no one to go back to - even to execute a repair on warranty. It was my fault in the end for not checking. In the end I ordered from another company which almost had as good a price and delivery was within 4 days. So I'm a happy bunny now.

Very lengthy wait times and delays

Have had to give the company a poor review based on my last 2 week experience with them. I ordered a Samsung mobile phone from them at a competitive price, believing that the British contact details, fairly decent reviews and 'Fast and free delivery' promises meant good things. The price of the phone, however, was still high, and for something costing £550, you still expect a premium service. After about 2-3 days, my order status changed to state the order was awaiting shipment, with confirmation email to follow. Now, I'm a patient man, but 11 days on, I had to make contact with the '0161' number listed. I spoke to an American male who told me the order would be dispatched at the start of the following week (Monday or Tuesday), delivered in 2 working days. Well, today is Tuesday and following still no emails or budge of the order status, I made contact again. I was called back with the explanation that the entire batch of phones was deemed 'faulty' and suppliers would need to order more stock, which could take a week. So, £550 and 3 weeks later, I would have my device? Urm, no thanks. Order cancelled (probably be in my bank quicker than the phone was shipped) and a poor experience. This could be an unfortunate one off, but I dont feel that the lack of updates and response was good enough for a substantial order value and I certainly wasnt treated like a £550 customer. Poor all around.

I have recently purchased an iPhone 6 Plus from Dealhero for my husband. The phone arrived really quickly and the condition of the phone was excellent. There was not a mark on it and my husband was very very pleased with it and the price was amazing. We were so impressed that I ordered myself an iPhone 6 in gold. This companies communication is brilliant. Emails always answered quickly and their customer service is first class (special thanks to Jessica). My phone arrived by extra quick delivery and as before was in perfect condition. I too am really pleased with it. Pleasantly Surprised!

Placed order then read reviews, wrong way round I know. Some of the poor reviews left me feeling as though I may have been scammed! But no, Deal Hero did what they promised. Pair of Sonos speakers for £50 less then I would have paid Sonos! With free delivery in 5 days!

Awesome help

the help I received was phenomenal. The product I received was what I expected and the reason why I bought the product from your website cause of the guy I spoke to which is Sean, he really did help me decide and not only that he satisfied me with the product and I'm really eastatic of the product so I really thank Sean for helping me throughout this process and I will continue buying from website as I had amazing idea about the products you sell and Sean helped me a lot so I really appreciate your help and I will buy more products from here. Top Marks Deal Hero

Great service and support

I have just purchased a Nikon D810 and a D7200, I had to change my order and get it shipped in a hurry and they sorted it all out and got the goods to me on time.

The only negative comment is the box the D810 came in wasn't new, and the manual has a lot of the pages dog-eared, but the camera was perfect and that is what is important!

The charger is a USA charger, but this really isn't a problem in the UK as they provide you with the correct adapter and it charges just fine.

I would rate these guys highly, and buy from them again.

OK, but needs quicker communication.

I recently purchased a reconditioned iPhone 6 from DealHero.net. It took several days for my order status to change from the standard 'thank you' to 'shipping', but delivery was prompt after that and the phone arrived well packaged, in good condition and as described. A new set of earpods and a cable were included though the charger itself was US (I'm in the UK) and the box was originally for another phone.

I think the company could do more to respond to customers promptly. For example I don't think I saw the "live chat" available (as opposed to just leaving a message) in the entire 5-6 days that I was waiting for my order and my Facebook chat went unanswered. Other than that though, the experience was OK and I would use them again.
