Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 533 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently mention that the items received are genuine articles and offer significant financial savings compared to standard retail market prices. Many people genuinely appreciate finding good deals on electronics, noting that the substantial discounts make the purchase worthwhile. However, some customers also noted persistent issues with unexpected delivery delays and misleading shipping estimates provided on the website. Reviewers often find that packages take much longer to arrive than originally promised during the initial checkout process. A few individuals additionally experienced frustrating challenges when attempting to secure refunds or resolve defective product complaints through support.

This is the worst shipping experience…

This is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. So far I've been waiting 17 days for delivery and it has been in transit for 7 days with 0 updates regarding its position. In the same window of time I've ordered from China and those items arrived in half the time. If this carries on into next week I'll be pursuing my bank for a charge back.

Update: 21 days after ordering it's now almost with Royal Mail.

Product delivered is not UK…

Product delivered is not UK specification. This is most upsetting, as these SHOKZ Open Move Sport Headphones were bought as a present for our daughter, who may wonder if we purchased a counterfeit product, which we did not. It appears to be a grey import. We could now buy the same product, cheaper and UK specification direct from Amazon.

Fraudsters

I really regret deleting my review about the scam.
I understand that because I deleted it, a lot of my English friends suffered...
I ordered a phone from them as a gift.
They sent me a fake tracking number.
And I realised that there would be no phone...
And I wrote a review here.
And he called me, asked me to delete the review, and I barely managed to get my money back through my bank.
And he wrote to me, even though I told him not to write to me in private messages: is everything okay, did you get your money back?
Lots of people have been cheated.
A lot of people didn't receive their Merry Christmas gifts.
Why isn't their website shut down?

Canon digital camera

I purchased a Canon digital camera and the battery charger is for Japan (with 2 pins) so not suitable for UK. I had to purchase a UK battery charger separately.

Scam Site: Sold a "Tampered With" Device

Do not use DealMonday.

I purchased a OnePlus 13 phone from them in July of this year. The phone immediately began to malfunction; notifications not working, continual boot-loops, and automatic, unpredictable re-formatting.

I contacted OnePlus directly, who after examining the phone declared it "tampered with". It had initially been sold on the Chinese market and "flashed" to a "bootleg" operating system upon arrival in the UK.

The warranty was then automatically null and void. The phone cannot receive critical software and security upgrades.

I notified DealMonday of this 2 months ago. I asked for a replacement. They refused. They only offered a repair. You cannot repair a voided warranty. I explained this, and they said they'd "escalate" my request. This was over 2 months ago. 6 follow-ups later, and I'm met with the same response: "we're looking into it".

Not good enough. My phone doesn't work.

I've escalated this to my card issuer who are processing a Section 75 claim to rip my money out of these scammers accounts.

DO NOT USE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered on the 2nd December (up to 6 days to be delivered) 10 days later an update saying it was on its way to the courier. It is now the 24th and nothing. They will do nothing about it “awaiting the outcome”

Refund requested via my bank.

Ordered a item which took 3 times as longer in post than listed on site..
Got a email from the parcel delivery firm, which was DPD,so i updated safe area to a parcel box around the side of house 🏠, as we were away for the weekend. Well got a text from them saying parcel left in safe place,so looked to see if was in box on the photo supplied by driver, low and behold he just dumped it on doorstep in full view to the public, even though it could of been pushed through letterbox, as its a £200 smart watch. And it was missing when home, honestly words fail me.
Now i have had 2 weeks of emails from the helpdesk sent photos, filled in form after form, to be told, our investigation shows its delivered by photo, tough luck..now opening a claim with bank..not a good experience at all

Useless...go to a serious company not a Chinese importer

Common theme absolutely useless ordered 5th December no where near the intense delivery period .....19 days waiting and Deal Monday keep spinning the same story as with everyone else writing reviews on trust pilot they blame the courier ...mine apparently DPD others Royal Mail but we know our lovely guy, DPD even checked lost parcels zero off course...as Go Mix Max who are completely unreachable by any form...where the parcel/ mobile is apparently coming from haven't handed it over if they have one ...don't trust anything, ghe address of Dedl Monday in London is only an address, contract worth zero, asked for refund but they don't want to give me one , don't care about who the disappoint, greed only, no one wants too and not everyone can buy another ...go to a reliable buyer sounds like all imports from Cina

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! I ordered a tablet 4.5 weeks ago with a delivery time of 4-6 days, I've been sent two tracking links (one with Royal Mail the other with DPD) but both are saying that they are still waiting for the parcel. I have no idea which carrier will deliver it or if it will even get delivered. This is my daughters Christmas present, seeing as it's Christmas eve tomorrow it clearly isn't going to be here so she will really disappointed. The kicker is since buying other reputable retailers have matched the price. If i had been updated of the delay in delivery, i would have requested an immediate refund. Definitely avoid using unless you want your money scammed from you and nothing to show for it!

Item did not arrive for couple of weeks…

Item did not arrive for couple of weeks despite claim at purchase that it would be 2-4 days. By which time local stores had reduced to same price. Return process absolute faff, they want photos of image, extrapolated justification for returning and then try to fob you off with coupon. I’m still waiting for them to provide return address so I can post it back and get my refund. Will steer clear from in future

Fake delivery times

Fake delivery times
Ordered a set of earbuds for a Christmas present. The website said "free expedited delivery: 2-4 working days" which would have given me a few days grace before Christmas. They've now told me they won't arrive until the end of next week (which would be 2nd Jan) and almost 3 weeks since I ordered them.

So disappointing. Not even convinced they'll turn up. Will be raising a claim with my credit card if they don't.

I waited almost four weeks for my order…

I waited almost four weeks for my order (placed 26th November, delivered 22nd December). After 3 weeks I asked twice to cancel, but my requests were ignored until after the parcel was finally delivered.

Despite Deal Monday’s own returns policy stating that returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, I am now expected to pay for the return myself, use a tracked service, and take the risk if it gets lost in transit, even though I tried to cancel before delivery due to the excessive delay.

The returns process is unnecessarily slow and one-sided. I must photograph the parcel label and email it, then wait for them to reply (probably days later) with a return address. Every step relies on slow email back-and-forth, which only drags things out further.

Customer service emails are polite but meaningless. They repeatedly blame “peak season,” say they are “doing everything they can,” and ask if there’s anything else they can help with, while nothing actually changes and the burden always falls on the customer. It feels like fake customer care, not real support.

I fully expect Deal Monday to reply to this review with the usual scripted response: an apology, another reference to peak season, confirmation that they don’t offer phone support, and reassurance that their team is “happy to help.” Unfortunately, these generic replies don’t fix ignored cancellation requests, missed delivery deadlines, or customers being left out of pocket.

Stay clear, it may be a bit cheaper! but it’s not worth the delivery delays, fake customer service, poor returns procedure. I would not recommend Deal Monday. Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is that the item actually arrived.

It is now a 1 star after specifically asking for a refund, they prolonging the process with an offer of an £8 coupon to use in my next purchase! I think theyre now delibrately stalling. After several emails of asking and sending 2 emails with photos of the packaging they still have not provided means of return. And yet keep telling me I have 14 days to return.

Seems like a fraud operation

Seems like a fraud operation. Shipped faulty/second-hand merchandise as new, from Birmingham (not London as advertised). Three weeks later cloned my cards to use at a Birmingham jewellery store for exact same amounts £429.99 and at racetracks.
When I returned the goods with tracking, Royal Mail showed their mail is redirected/undeliverable.

Don’t use this site

I’m still waiting for an order I placed a month ago. I don’t want to ask for a refund because I’m afraid they won’t give it to me. The items I bought well in time for Christmas won’t arrive in time. They fob me off with fake dispatch tracking. Don’t use

SCAMMERS I would put 0

I ordered Canon G7X MKIII camera, which costs £920.

First of all, delivery took a very long time (since 27/11) - 3 weeks! Specifically, 15 working days. They could not provide any clear instructions about where the parcel was or what the problem was. I even offered to pick it up by myself, as I needed it urgently, but they refused.

Secondly, when I unexpectedly received the parcel 3 weeks later, it arrived in a thin bag and was completely crumpled. When I turned on the camera, the display was damaged - specifically, there was quite a spot on the display. I immediately emailed them about this, asking for a partial refund. I have done research and explained that repairing the camera would cost at least £300. They offered me £25 and commented it as a "gesture of goodwill"…

Thirdly, when I realised that I no longer want to deal with them, I began to request the full return. I have already asked them 3 times to send me a return label because I do not agree with their “gesture of goodwill” and have been waiting for it for 5 days already. But they have ignored my clear requests and have been waffling about everything except the label. They are now concerned that I will have to wait for 14 days for the refund, and this is after waiting for 3 weeks for the parcel. They are already breaking the law.

With this attitude, it is unacceptable to enter the market. In my opinion, this micro business should close for a while to do its homework (e.g. situational analysis: SWOT and PESTLE) and then come back with a finished business plan. I strongly advise against dealing with them.

P.S. They even removed Trustpilot from their website, not because they are ashamed, but so they can continue to profit from consumers in an unfair way.
