My father sadly lost his sight due to a failure in the system in the NHS, from the moment we raised this with the team led by Ben Davey we felt in safe and trusted hands. Things were made easy for me to assist my father we came to very pragmatic conclusion to ensure my dads last days can be improved. Professional supportive, this is emotional doing this, timely and kind, would be my summary. Highly recommended
