It took 12 days for me to recieve my…

It took 12 days for me to recieve my order. Not 1-3 days as claimed on the website. Sure it was over Christmas and New Years, so a few extra days would have been accepted. However, 12 days is too much.

5 star customer treatment

After a misunderstanding whereby I thought my order was lost and I thought support did not answer my emails I got a call from Dear Sam staff member and she helped to sort the misunderstanding out. I have now received the product and they turned the 1 star review around to a 5 star plus. THANK YOU

The item was damaged when it arrived (probably in the shipping). I contacted costumer service but they haven't got back to me yet!

Loooong dilivery

I placed the order 2nd of December and have after 10 days still not received any package or an e-mail the order has been sent. On the web page it says it should take 1-3 days.

Super friendly customer service

A little bit disturbing that I never received a delivery confirmation, however - seeing I've worked in the same business, plus Christmas time is hectic to say the least, I know it can't work perfect all the time.
And Maja, from customer service, was super helpful and friendly. She explained the error and I got my collection ID within seconds and all in all I'm a super happy cutomer!

So happy with our pictures and frames…

So happy with our pictures and frames from Dear Sam. They smelt perfectly into the environment of our living room. Even loved the packaging, it was very delicate and neat. The delivery was somewhat late due to covid-19, but we’re overall pleased with everything.

Great experience

Nice posters, delivery and payment went fine. A bit delayed delivery, but in Covid-times I imagine a lot of people are home decorating and ordering posters online and therefore it's not unexpected that delivery time is a bit slower than usual.
