Worst delivery service ever
I normally like decathlon, but this time I am giving 1 star for the worst delivery service ever. I bought a treadmill and asked for a door delivery instead I got a delivery only down the building and I had to carry the package (111kg) all by myself up to the 6 floor, fortunately there is a lift.
But now I am injured at my back because of it. I should probably sue them for this.

Strangely working website, the search engine is quite unpredictable. But what i managed to find and order, was normally of good quality. When it was not - always easy to return!

If you want a bike forget the online shop!
If you want a bike, go to the store, forget the online shop, it has the worst customer service possible. A phone number never working, a reply by email not before 48/72h.
I received my bike 2 weeks after my order ( late). The front wheel was not spinning properly and actually stopped spinning completely while I was trying the bike, almost killing myself. I sent an email to the 'customer service', no reply. So I borrowed a friend's car because mine is too small. I drove to the shop in Kungens Kurva ( 2 hours trip back and forth). I spent about 2 hours in the shop, when finally, after extenuating and useless tentatives of fixing it, they realised the wheel was faulty; they replaced it with a new one, but unfortunately not in the same colour. I asked to replace both wheels at least to have a matching colour front and back. Not possible, so I have now a new bike that does not look new. However, I contacted again the 'customer service', asking for some compensation, at least a refund for the home delivery cost. Their answer was appalling, zero customer service skills, they lost a customer for kr199. Well done!

Great value for cost
I have ordered in several countries and the service is great. I enjoy the products very much as they are quite great value for cost. Too bad there are not many shops in Sweden so we can see the products on the spot. Great job guys, best regards and looking forward for what you will bring forward in the future!
