You will be shocked after shopping at Decathlon
Sure it maybe is not the best quality in the world, BUT!
For the prices, you will not find anything close to as good quality, good clothing for great prices. Bikes are just amazing, camping gear is great. They got almost everything you need. A nice bushcraft kit is all that I am missing, but even with that, I do not hesitate for a second to rate Decathlon 5/5

Quality products
As always Decathlon delivered quality products for acceptable price. I really love the products that you can find in Decathlon, and all of them are having good quality.
Price or quality of the products are not the reason why I am giving 4 stars, neither the slow shipping time (I've never experienced shipping in less than 3 days which is way too long). The thing that disturbs me the most with Decathlon is that extra shipping fee which you can avoid only if you live in and around Stockholm. With stores only around Stockholm looks like you are targeting rest of the country as online business, then you should really act like one.

My first order got lost
My first order got lost, then I got the money back and was asked by Decathlon's customer service to buy the item once again, which was supposed to be sent to me within one week. Then, the second order got late but my account was showing it as delivered when it wasn't, which was explained to me as an IT problem. Finally, my order was sent to me but it seems to be an error with the delivery once again since there is no estimated delivery date on my tracking code. In short, it was a really disappointing customer experience. I've been trying to buy it for almost one month and I have not received my order yet. I will certainly not buy at Decathlon again.

I haven't received the item yet.. I have already chatted with support, who advised that they have given the item to the carrier, but on the carrier website it says they have never received it.
