Great Quality, Good selection, could improve delivery speed
I think the quality of products are good, shows good innovation and caters for the needs of the customer.
Always had positive experiences with the products.
The only downside is the delivery times can be quite long in these modern times. I think more local distribution centres would be an advantage

Good entry level range, long delivery time
They have a good range of entry-level gear all round. I am happy with all of the stuff I ordered there.
the only downside of ordering here are the long delivery times.
For example: I ordered some goods last friday 4th of June, then already they expected the goods to be here on the 14th of June. It usually takes quite some more time than ordering anywhere else, where 2/3 day delivery is much more normal. And then you need to pay for the shipment as well, 49 crowns.
So if you have time to wait, its a good store. If you are in a hurry, look elsewhere.

Service in Sweden sucks
Service in Sweden sucks! Bought this Roddmaskin hopfällbar 100 DOMYOS rowmachine in Jan of this yr and 2 of the 4 wheels under the seat are broken which of course stops the seat from gliding. Be aware of the cheap plastic wheels! It was 1899kr ok not an expensive one but I figured I would use it a few yrs and replace. I only got 5 months usage and really only used it a few times as I am a member in a gym. The service so far is not encouraging, have sent pictures in and haven't really got a straight answer, yes they want me to send it in ok..but acknowledge the pic shows these wheels are cracked. Only way to contact customer service is through email and can't reply to their mail either you have to start a new mail so you know. Have tried to phone, they won't answer. So what do I feel about their service? sucks big time be aware!!! I bet many get discouraged with their answers and don't bother to get their money back. I really don't expect it either.

I been a customer at Decathlon (both in France (Mandelieu and Sweden Barkarby) for a long time. Therefore I ordered a golf set from Wilson with all clubs and bag for my son. When the order finally arrived, they had sent me three tennis balls instead of my clubs and bag!
When I called customer service, they did not have any opening time anymore!!!
Finally I got in contact with the shop in Barkarby, but unfortunately they treated me as the idiot! No excuses was given from them. I was the problem!!!
The man ended the call by saying do you want a new order or not, and hang on!
A lot to learn around customers service for that unit!

package was prepared day after of order and then waited 7 days for shipment so they punished me that i didn’t paid priority shipping and because closest store is 5 hours of drive i was not able to take it by myself.
price is also jot win, it is equal for regular stuff then bikester or other shops. will never use again and tell to all my friends about this weak customer service

Therefore there is no way to make the handling of an order go faster in our warehouse.
We offer express home delivery. In this case, the package will be sent from one of our stores instead of being sent from our warehouses, and the delivery therefore goes much faster.

I used the click and collect, it was easy, quick and painless.
Mention your identifying name and look for your package to assist quicker retrieval.
Perhaps an area for improvement would be a better system for identifying your package further reducing time in the store and exposed to potential corona sufferers.

Super slow delivery, products damaged and almost outdated...
Order from 28/12/2020, delivered... the 14/01/2021 (slow but as promised).
Mainly sport energy products.
One pack was opened and not complete... While 9 of 19 the items have to be consumed before summer 2021. I wasn't planning to train so hard the next 6 months.
I guess it was just a bad joke. Not happy.

Good Value for Money & Service
Wherever I go, I always find Decathlon the most inexpensive, and with good quality for money. Also I get to do comparison, as there are a wide variety of products.
This product is not Decathlon's own brand, but Decathlon gives the best offer in the market! Their packaging is very solid. A return slip is readily available in the package and has already been registered with the postal office in case we would like to return the order.
My order arrived safe and sound. I am extremely happy with their service. Thank you Decathlon!

Long delivery time
Ordered for 10 days ago. Products were in stock and are that still. But not sent yet even if they claim that they already picked them up the day after my order (if I log in into my account). I regret ordering there. Need the products actually right now. Without the possibility to get them in my city I am relying on ordering them on the internet.
