Outstanding Support from Emily – Patient, Expert, and Solved Our Complex Issue!

I recently encountered a challenging technical issue while setting up global proxy automation with Decodo's residential proxies. While the US proxies worked perfectly, our connections to Canada and UK proxies were failing within our application. This blocked a critical project.

Emily from support was nothing short of exceptional. Here’s how she helped:

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with Decodo.com. The core service I paid for, their mobile proxies, were a complete letdown. The proxies were not just slow, they were unusably so, with constant timeouts and connection failures. On top of that, a significant portion of the IPs I was provided were flagged or low-quality, making them useless for any serious work. It's clear they are both aware and indifferent to the low quality of their proxies.

The situation is made infinitely worse by their customer service, which is, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever encountered. Getting a response is a challenge, and when you do, it's a useless, canned reply that does nothing to solve the problem. They have zero sense of urgency and seem completely uninterested in retaining customers or fixing obvious issues with their product. I was essentially left paying for a service that was broken from day one, with no path to a resolution.

This company is all about taking your money upfront and then disappearing. The product is fundamentally flawed, and the support team is either incapable or unwilling to help. Save yourself the headache and the money. Decodo.com is a prime example of a service that over-promises and massively under-delivers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had a great experience with Decodo

I had a great experience with Decodo, especially their customer support.

I accidentally canceled my Dedicated ISP subscription and was worried I would permanently lose my original IPs, which were very important for my setup. The support agent took the time to clearly explain the situation and, as a one-time exception, helped restore my original IPs after I repurchased the plan.

The response was fast, professional, and transparent — they never overpromised, but still did their best to help. Everything worked exactly as explained after refreshing the dashboard.

I really appreciate their honesty, technical knowledge, and willingness to assist in a critical situation. Highly recommended for anyone who needs reliable ISP proxies and responsive support.
