Like others on here. I wish I had read the reviews. Been trying for a week to return nest of tables which aren't suitable. Several emails no response to Live chat. No contact telephone number.

Awful customer service. Can’t access live chat although website claims to have this. Received a damaged table 3 weeks ago and have sent multiple emails but no reply. I would advise you to avoid buying from this company

Still no response from this cowboy company. No telephone number to chase them up re when they will be collecting the damaged nest of tables. No response to the emails sent. I will not stop posting until they get in touch! Avoid this joke of a company!

They look second hand look nothing like they do on there website they smell rotten as well

I recently received glass coffee tables that were smashed to pieces. I have e-mailed the company 3 times with images and not heard anything back! Avoid this company at all costs! No communication and so far no refund.

They asked for a feedback and here it is :) good tables and communication and thank you for the quick delivery.

I finally got my order. The delivery was a little longer but I like the product. The product is made of sturdy metal and tempered glass. Overall its good quality. Thanks very much.

Scam!! I placed an order, didn’t receive it and nobody replied to my emails!! As if the company is non-existent!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Have emailed for a refund and have been completely ignored!!! A utter shambles. Should be ashamed to be a company.

I have received my coffee table, it arrived next day. Thank you very much.

Placed an order and paid for the express, next day delivery. Consignment arrived on time but was shockingly poor quality. Nest of tables (3) were all damaged, 2 of the 3 had the glass coating missing in places and all 3 had chips and scratches on the powder coated framework. I requested a collection and refund via the website and 48 hours later received a response suggesting that a collection had been arranged. Needless to say this collection never happened and despite several further attempts to make contact for a resolution have been left feeling that customer service priorities from this organisation are way below the extremely poor quality of the products they supply. I wish I had not come across this organisation during my searches and will certainly not be buying from them again. I will continue to push for a collection and refund and should I continue to be met with a wall of silence I will visit their offices (as shown on the website) and demand that my issues are taken seriously and a satisfactory outcome agreed upon.

Well I bought a 3set side stool I was scared after waiting for more thank 2 weeks no email as to if my order is shipped or not I rang the contact number no one was picking
So when I email and complain someone imidiatly responded that they will see into and call.me back
To cut the whole story short my parcel was finally delivered to me and I most say it was worth waiting

Poor packing of tables resulted in damage to one of the tables, despite emails and promises of a replacement, nothing was received after nearly two months. Will never use this company again.

The nesting tables I purchased here have brought organization and style to my home.

One star is too much cose they are rubish one star is just for value price but the customer servise just nothing. Its been 3month I am on truble with they have bringed the wrong set. Nest with big table are not the same but different. Still sending chat no one responding After 3 month still waiting to respond. Very badddd experaonce ever I have with online shoping. No recomending no telphone number available or responding sourse
