Cheap offers not so cheap

Second review from myself same old problem. Use 3 vouchers purchased via Groupon to order 3 canvases. Each canvas treated as a separate order and charged postage for each one. The 3 canvases delivered together by Evri 3 day service. I paid postage totalling £18.97. Checking how much Evri would have charged me (bearing in mind no company discount) if I had posted the parcel I would have paid a mere £5.44. It is WRONG that postage is not combined as the actual goods are combined

Happy with purchase

I ordered on the 10th of December i panicked so much as I didn't get a tracking number I contacted them and they said it would be posted the next day I didn't get a tracking number and had gave up and asked for refund to my surprise the canvas arrived today as promised I'm so so happy it's made my Christmas thank you so much 🙂 only negative feedback is that I wish they would show you the tracking process so you don't panic, lovely canvas very happy and very good quality 😀

Wouldn’t order from them again

I ordered printed socks to give as gifts for our groomsmen for our wedding. Ordered a month in advance, socks didn’t arrive in time. Contacted Deco Matters on several occasions, they lied about when the socks were being dispatched and were not willing to help rectify the issue even though they knew they were needed for a wedding. Really disappointed. Wouldn’t order from them again!

I wish I read the other reviews first ! Exactly the same experience, no reply, no delivery absolutely useless company and website totally unfriendly for users.
I echo the others, do not use this company.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered 3x items with vouchers off Wowcher almost 2 months ago. Zero customer service. Zero response to emails. Zero goods. Status now as 2x delivered, 1x expired and I have nothing to show for the money i paid that i work hard for. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards next along with Wowcher. BE WARNED!

Very poor service

Very poor service. I ordered photo prints from decomatters via wowcher and I have not received it yet. It’s been almost 2-3 months. I contacted the customer service and they said they will send me a replacement one because they couldn’t track my order. But the replacement one has not arrived yet. I have been contacting them every week and also asking for a refund but I have not heard anything from them! Wowcher should not be doing business with such an untrustworthy company. I am very disappointed and I ask anyone thinking to use Deco Matters to not do so because you will be disappointed.

Very very very poor service

Very very very poor service, quality, customer service and length of time to receive 2 x childrens aprons. First they overcharged me, it took 29 days to get the aprons, several emails to the company, asking for the overcharge refund, idea of when I could expect the goods etc. They definitely lied at one point saying the order had been sent off, as I got an email 5 days later - saying the order was being sent off !!! Both have finally arrived one in capitol letters one small joined up (for twins who would expect them to look identical ). Again an email to decomatters, again its been ignored.
Groupon shouldn't do business with this firm, I should have read the reviews before ordering - I highly advice buyers not to deal with this firm

I ordered 2 items with each order

I ordered 2 items with each order. All together was 4 items. I was increasingly concerned that i have not had an email for shipping etc then i read their delivery info. 7 to 10 days to process and then a further 5 days to get to you? Are you having a laugh. How does wowcher not screen for these types of companies? I got a refund from wowcher straight away and then opened up a case with PayPal. Should have known when i saw PayPal that was dodgy to begin with!. Lesson learnt. Wowcher isnt worth it anymore either. Dont waste your time and energy with this company rather pay more and order off amazon.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If you are reading this whilst considering ordering something from this 'company' that you need in time for Christmas... there is more chance of Santa Claus turning up at your house on Christmas Eve than your order!

Do yourself a favour and avoid the mistake made by so many others and take your hard earned money to a more reputable, reliable and professional company.

I write this at the end of Day 30 since placing my order having experienced the worst customer experience of my life and with Deco Matters breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as I am still yet to receive my order. I have no idea if/when it will ever arrive.

Like many before me who have shared the same experience, I received a Shipping confirmation email 12 Days after placing my order for canvases via Groupon. Naturally, the email excluded any actual courier confirmation or tracking ability. Alarm bells are obviously ringing immediately. Needless to say that that worsened when I read so many reviews of others going through the same over several months.

I emailed Deco 7 days later, which they responed to two days later with one sentence ("We can confirm that this is on its way to you and we would expect this to arrive very shortly"). I would of course expected to have received it several days prior!

Equally as unhelpful, they failed to address any of my questions, avoided confirming if the package had actually been shipped or not, and obviously did not provide the Tracking Information that I requested.

A further 8 days and another chase email later, despite Deco knowing when I needed the delivery for, despite me making a complaint and despite me reminding them of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have still not received any further contact let alone what I have given both Groupon and Deco money for.

There word; should you be 'lucky' enough to actually get one from them, means nothing. If Santa provides a Christmas miracle and the canvases turn up at some point, Deco will have done the impossible by turning some magical memories of the photos into a constant reminder of how terrible of a business that they are.

You get what you pay for... or not!

If you read this and represent companies like Groupon or Wowcher, please don't Partner with or promote companies like Deco Matters - they damage your brand too.

UPDATE: Now 70 Days after placing my order and having the confirmation email, I still haven't received either the package or a refund despite continually chasing either every few days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Zero customer service. I ordered an item from the website for a Christmas present 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I emailed to ask when I would receive it and they said the item was on it's way. Then when it didn't arrive I spoke with someone on a live chat and they told me there was a fault in the system and I won't be getting them and not sure when will arrive. They told me there was no mistake as the email didn't mention that it has been sent even though I sent a screenshot to them with the emailing stating they had said 'it had been sent' SCAM COMPANY BE WARNED!

Ordered 2 Personalised children apron…

Ordered 2 Personalised children apron very poorly made.Have contact the company to inform them and had no response. Delivery took ages to come. Would not use them again.Sent photos of the aprons also to point out how badly made they were. So glad I didn't pay full price as brought them on a Groupon offer.

Brilliant company!

I ordered via a deal through Wowcher, for a huge canvas and shipping it cost me roughly £20 which I don’t think is bad considering most places quoted me at least £80 for the same size canvas! I ordered then checked Trustpilot reviews and at first I panicked a bit as I’ve seen a few bad reviews. When I ordered I got an email confirmation but on my account it showed no orders, I emailed the company straight away and they confirmed they received my order and I will receive it. It’s just arrived and I’m blown away, the quality is amazing, the customer service is excellent! From ordering to receiving my order the timing was 7 days, I’ll 100% order again!!

Great quality, just took a long time to ship

Its a shame that decomatters gets such a bad rep, considering all reviews seem to only be made in a bad situation.
While their communication is small, I never needed to use it as while my delivery took a bit of time, It arrived and was brilliant for the price.
I claimed a wowcher deal+student discount, so I ended up paying about £27 for 2 A1 size canvases.
They took about 11 days to ship, then arrived next day.
The quality is excellent, so I went and ordered another 2. If you're patient to wait a good 2 weeks (probably more during peak season Christmas etc) then what you get is great for the price.

AVOID THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER

I bought a voucher through Groupon for a personalised apron, I ordered the apron with Deco Matters on the 1st November it is now the 24th and still no apron. I sent Deco Matters an email and they gave me a tracking number the number they gave me showed that the parcel had been delivered to a different area all together. I have emailled them loads of times and they are ignoring them. Do not buy from this company they aren't fit to sell things to customers. Their customer service is disgusting AVOID buying from them.

zero customer service

placed my order 12 days ago with a voucher purchased off groupon, unable to log back on to check status of order. requested a new password incase i used the wrong one in error but stated too many new password requests try again later which I did and was the same result.

i tired replying to the confirmation email to request update on order status with no reply. there was a phone number which i tried to call which says "number you've dialled is not in service"?

ive emailed the support email address but only just, so will give chance for reply but starting to wonder if this is just a dodgy site/ company.

I'll happily update my review if i recieve my order to relfect quality of item but zero customer service. i just want to know if or when i can expect my order or if i need to look for an alternative

Shockingly poor customer service

Shockingly poor customer service. Postage paid for 3 SEPARATE orders of £3.99 each and all three items were tossed in a paper envelope and shipped together. That’s three teaspoons with a shipping cost of almost £12. Customer service claimed they couldn’t refund as that’s how their system works. They weren’t even placed on the same day! The choice to combine orders should be the customers and not the business as they have now made a profit off my postage payment. Reporting payments as fraudulent charges

Shocking bad service

Shocking bad service! I placed an order over 10 days ago and my order has still not even been dispatched. How long does it take them to print a few labels?
They chat support is never available and I have not received any response to my emails.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering.

Ordered a sign for my house
Was told will receive it within 10 days
It’s coming up to 7 weeks now and still not received my Oder, every time I contact their customer service I am told it’s on its way and I should receive it
Sometimes they say it’s been sent by Royal Mail and then they say it’s been sent by evri
They have given me a tracking no fir Royal Mail which is not recognised by its site
Service has been so bad and they refuse to give me a refund

Avoid! Fraudsters.

Avoid. It's a scam. Moreover, partnering with Groupon. I saw them on Groupon. They don't answer to emails, Groupon is on the same page with them. Also, not refunding.
