Am so happy to find this message to lean piano, I never touched piano before but my interest in piano was so great that it will be easy for me to learn.

Much easier for us OAP to enjoy music using numbers
than having to struggle understanding a music system from the past.

This is an amazing system for learning piano at your own pace without pressure, I am pleased that I purchased DecPlay one my more sensible purchases

I like the way if you have questions it is easy and so clear how to get answers, love the number method, so much easier to understand, love the zoom meetings

I find Decplay easy to follow and understand . This helps me to enjoy learning . Years ago l tried to learn but got confused with all the notes and qaivers ect. so l lost interest . but this way the Decplay way. is exciting and a great joy .

Excellent service. Attention to detail

I have had several attempts over years to learn how to play a keyboard instrument. All have resulted in something I find too difficult and blocks my progress. This system is totally different, in my opinion revolutionary. After a couple of weeks I could play with both hands! You get great support from the company and an excellent course servo five stars

Decplay is great! I have just enrolled and looking forward to meeting everyone online and maybe in person one day .It is great value compared to traditional piano lessons and I think I will learn great things with the Decplay method.

Decplay is exactly what I am looking for. I am at the beginning of the course but I feel very confident I will soon be playing all the songs I love. I really like Declan and the way he presents the course.

Such a lot of support to learn piano at any age no need to learnto read music as long as you can count to ten you can play a tune

Decplay are an amazing company that has turned my life around, never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be able to play piano. The Decplay community are a very friendly and helpful group really amazing for an ageing and younger community. Decplay have made me really happy.

I have often admired and envied people who can play the piano, and thought “I wish I could do that”. To a limited extent, I now can. I am 78 years old, and for over 20 years since our two sons left home, the piano in our house has largely stood unplayed, i.e. unless our two grandchildren come to visit as they are both having piano lessons. I thought that at my age it would be so difficult to learn to play, especially to understand and get to grips with musical notation, and to be able to translate and transfer those musical notes to my hands. But then earlier this year, serendipity, for I found on the Internet, “DecPlay: Piano Made Easy”. It's a Course specifically designed by Declan Cosgrove for people of my age and older who want to learn to play their favourite songs and tunes on the piano without having the expense of private lessons or the need to learn musical notation. Instead of having to learn the alphabetical names of notes, chords, sharps and flats, DecPlay simply assigns numbers 1-7 to notes and chords, and this not only makes playing basic songs and tunes on the piano a good deal easier, but with regular practice, the ability to play so much quicker.
I have been working through the DecPlay Beginners’ Piano Course now for just four months, and I can already play seven of the tunes/songs that the Course provides for beginners like me to learn so that we can develop basic piano playing skills. Of course, my playing ability is far from perfect, but the tunes that I play are recognizable, and most importantly, the process of learning is both fun and very rewarding. I often sit at the piano now and play my short medley of tunes for 20-30 minutes, and this is something that I could not possibly have done just four months ago without DecPlay.
The instructions the Course provides are easy to follow with plenty of explanation, and supported by videos which show how to play particular tunes. The Course is also supported by a DecPlayer Club which students can join. The Club holds two Zoom call meetings each month for its students, and these provide extra tips on playing the piano, and gives students the opportunity to raise questions and to greet and talk with each other.
From my personal experience, I can heartily recommend the “DecPlay: Piano Made Easy” Course, and especially to those of my generation who long to be able to play the piano but who hesitate to take that first all-important step of enrolling in the Course. It is not an exaggeration to say that, for me, the Course has opened up a whole new world of fun and enjoyment, and a very rewarding experience that gathers pace daily.

I am 82 years old and joined Decplay approx. 3 years ago and not having any knowledge of music at all I am now playing songs that I love. This course is amazing and the support from other members is a confidence booster. Thank you Decplay and team.

I'd no previous experience of playing piano before starting this course in Jan 24. Decplay has made the piano accessible to me in such an enjoyable and successful way, ie playing whole songs, with 2 hands, major chords and different chord patterns. All unthinkable 6mths ago

Excellent program.... I joined since May and I can played quite a number of songs already, this is literally dream comes true. This program is very easy to follow as I am very scared of reading musical notes. Very reasonable price as well, and there is Facebook group which I saw lots of support and love. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent course. It caters for older people. You proceed at your own pace. The course is computer based and there are plenty of videos to support the printed lessons. Song sheets can be printed at a larger size to help if you visual problems.
I would definately recommend this course

I joined Decplay in 2021, unable to play piano. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of time over the next two years, attending medical appts & treatments with my husband. However, just being part of the fabulous private Facebook Group & attending the twice monthly Zoom meetings really helped me through. The people on here are amazing human beings, kind, caring & helpful & I am so grateful for them.
With this amazing method of learning, I can now play many songs. I'm quite slow compared to many others, but that's just me. I love it as a hobby & would now hate to be without it. I've recently turned 80 years of age, so age is definitely no barrier to learning piano with this method. Thank you Decplay.

A brilliant way of learning piano with pleasing results in a short time. The course is easy to follow with content allowing you to progress to the level of your choosing. On going support from Declan and the team with zoom meetings, Facebook group, workshops etc if you decide to join the Members group and is well worth the nominal charge. The course is everything it claims to be and more…
