Absolutely not a deep clean, wasn't even a clean. €400 for four hours, would have been a better clean with my own cleaner who charges €20 per hour

Damage done at house too due to freezer being unplugged and left for a few days (house is unoccupied)

Offered a refund of only €50 - not at all acceptable

Cleaners were very nice though, when I met them beforehand

Moved into a second hand house - The crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They didn’t stop for one minute and cleaned the entire house in the agreed time frame. The house was spotless and smelt great. I would highly recommend them.

Where do I start here? First I’ll give credit for the fact that customer service is very good with polite interactions and prompt replies. Secondly the house I asked them to clean wasn’t exactly the Ritz Carlton but I did empty it of all furniture making it easy to clean.

A “deep clean” of the house cost me €410 excluding VAT. I wish I had given this to my mother in law who came the next day and did a much better job.

They are not “deep cleaners”. They just do a regular clean. You don’t get to decide what you want them to clean. They will tell you what they do and they won’t deviate from their list. They also didn’t do everything on their list.

Cleaned inside the oven. Not outside or on top. Still full of grease. Extractor fan still full of grease. Sockets and switches filthy , lampshades full of dust and grease. You have no option to ask them to deviate from their plan and literally deep clean your house the way you want it done. The house didn’t even smell clean after they left.

Really expensive clean and I had to finish the job after they left.

Paid over 300 euro for a deep/end of tenancy clean, including blinds, sofa and oven. They managed to clean the sofa and the oven well, but lacked in some easy bits like cleaning the kitchen counter.

I only had a simple surface cleaner and had to double check and clean the kitchen all over again after they left. They didn't clean the blinds at all (said they were not the "right type" and just couldn't do it), even though I paid for it.

Bit weird getting the full price only when they're inside your home. I wish these things were clarified over email first. Since they're already there when they give you the full price, it feels like you can't say no.

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

A spotless house! The team has cleaned from ceiling lamps, to blinds and inside the kitchen appliances, while scrubbing floors and electrical switches… the definition of a deep clean. A great job well done, thank you!

Requested an advertised Deep cleaning service and was far from it, As discussed with the cleaners themselves who did the job on the day, It was nothing more than a hoover and mopping.
This was not as advertised or agreed with on call during consultation. The team did work hard but had neither the knowledge or tools to complete job.

550 euro for two hours work, was supposed to take 3 to 5 hours. Still crumbs on table. I'd pay about 250 for it. Far from a deep clean but it doesn't seem like a legit business. They got really annoyed when we wouldn't pay cash. We asked for id but they didn't have any. I would say stay far away from this crowd.

Amazing job by Alex and team, they deep cleaned a tired old house full of carpet and left it completely spotless, coveryling every inch under and behind furniture. will recommend and will use the service again

63 minutes to clean 3/4 of my home called a deep clean. Looked for cash and cost was €250! Called professional and affordable on site. Site link to write review was down and link to check if cash or card was down. Two ladies and the male “ supervisor “ who argued I hadn’t booked windows and then saw I had! He said he took the money!! He also took two phone calls and went to the toilet without washing his hands. They didn’t clean bins or bin lids but hoovered and washed floors and surfaces and couch ( an extra €50). I was working in one room so said after arrival we’d leave it at one bedroom instead of two and they didn’t reduce the estimated cost €180-€200 at all even though it was one room less! I left them a perfectly tidy house! They cleaned the floor very well and I wonder how much of the €250 will the ladies who did the work get? He set off alarm and left front door open though I had back open for ventilation and estimated 90 minutes. I’ve had this job done far more throughly and over 3 hours by Pristine Clean who were unavailable. I will NEVER use the EVER CLEAN DEEPCLEANING.IE again and I feel sorry for the two ladies who are unlikely to get the €83 an hour between the 3 of them ( granted they were packed up and on phones in the van only after 63 minutes not an hour!) or €125 because though he drove I didn’t get the impression he was doing more work than supervising. Off they went in the unmarked van. The women looked so sad. I’d have loved to tip them but affordable?! At €250 for 63 minutes work! What a rip off!
