No response from support

No response from support. Tracking says it’s been in warehouse and no change. It’s been about 2 weeks since I ordered with expedited shipping.

Like if your not gonna have someone responding to emails and phone calls. So infuriating..

I ordered 2 massage guns at different…

I ordered 2 massage guns at different times on the same day. 1 came in and the other did not. A family member requested one so I ordered a third gun. That one came in but the second gun hasn't shown up yet. Sure would like to know what happened, maybe because it was a different color, who knows?!

Potential Buyer BEWARE...

I placed my order at 9:42 pm on Friday night, I cancelled this order a 10 hours later at 7:55 am.
Five days later I get a email stating the order can't be cancelled because it was just shipped.. They had the request to cancel the order for 5 days but chose to ignore it and send out the item. They also run the same ad for the item which states "Last Day to get 80% off" which is still running.
I wish I had researched their company and read reviews on how they operate before putting out $$$ that I now have to wait to get back. They're return name and address doesn't match the order information, another Red Flag for the next potential buyers..

Terrible service 19.99$ shipping a **%^ joke still never got the product sits in warehouse with tracking that goes no were ! Not worth the headache and time nor the price will never purchase from the site again nor will I refer anyone !!!

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT SHIPPING NO RESPONSE. PAID 20 DOLLARS FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING....$100 DOLLARS WASTED. SAD SAD SAD HOW PEOPLE JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN WITH IT ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES AND THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT.

This is the worst company to deal with!

This is the worst company to deal with!

Six months ago I purchased their product and then a few days after I lost my job. I wrote to them to please cancel the order. I was told TWO WEEK'S LATER that the order had been processed and it was impossible to cancel. Two weeks, four weeks, six weeks, eight weeks still no shipment email and all the while I'm emailing them (furious and now writing expletives) to refund the money. Most companies would refund after one month of their client not receiving either the product or a shipment notification. The ONLY response I would get was returned emails saying how busy they were and would get back to me when the opportunity came, zilch, nope, nada. And there were times when I didn't get a response at all.
Four months later I get a shipment notification! So I wait, and I wait. Three weeks I finally get it and I contact them twice to ask for a return label or an address and one week later I receive what I need and it was promptly returned WITH A TRACKING NUMBER! I inform them immediately of the return and said number and nothing for another month, except I keep emailing (now with more expletives) and just the same returned emails saying how busy they were.
At last the tracking shows they've received it, so I wait for something, ANYTHING! still emailing them all the while.
I was told "I dug my own hole, bc I did not do the refund properly and that if I continue cussing they will not help me but they will look into my situation".
Thats right no apologies for the six months of hell, lies, lack of information, and no prompt refund. I get blamed before this Cathy woman has even looked into "my situation ". So I sent email after email pulling up my please send me a return label, their reply with address to return it to(wrong postal code), and the tracking number. I also demanded an apology.
Today (I bought this at the end of September), February 10th,2020, I recieved my refund and was told I would not get an apology bc I, I, abused Cathy, the customer service agent and I should "Move on".
As you can see I didn't move on I've written this as a warning incase people did not read my first review of this so called company, to not NOT buy anything from them! I've kept every single email(even the useless ones)for proof and I counted how many times I wrote to them 30, 30 times in the six months. I guess in this age of Trumpism there is no accountability.

Now I can move on, thank you Jermaine, the customer service guy
