Excellent Products and the service is fantastic. Having done extensive research, looking for the best product for our needs, I placed a bulk order for the defender key safes. The website was super easy to use but something went wrong on my end where my purchase appeared to time out. I contacted the company directly and Ella was an absolute star! She confirmed the order details and placed it manually for me, she also followed up with the tracking information and then later with the VAT receipt. The order was placed yesterday at about 9.30am and the items were delivered today at just before midday. Super speedy, excellent customer service, I will definitely use them again.

RFID pouches for remote vehicle unlock and push button start "Fob" work well. No obvious evidence of leakage.
How long the velcro fastening will last,I don't know. Certainly check beside car for "leakage" monthly?

The signal blocking pouches last about 6-8 months before signal gets through them. Have had to buy more. They aren’t that expensive but that isn’t the point, I read online that they fail over time, but don’t think I’ve seen that declared on the defender site. I only realised signal was getting through as my partners car has walk away/ walk towards and the headlights came on.

I bought a defender pro tec key safe
On setting the 4 numbers to enable entry I tried it many times to ensure it worked.
On one occasion I entered the combination the wrong way however it still opened the key safe.
Clearly there is NO way to lock your numbers in.
So if you have 1234 as your code you can gain entry using 2314 or any combination, crazy!
I suggest you make it clear in your advertising that this is the way it functions as I bet a number of people like myself did not know about this I did a lot of research as a retired chief inspector of Police and didn't spot this anywhere until my purchase.
It's a basic assumption the code will fixed.
I have just spent an hour with trading standards about this matter.

Second time I’ve used the company in fairly quick succession. Fast efficient service. We purchased several on the Tv simulator sec lights for family. Great product & works well. I showed it to a visiting Estate Agent who was viewing a vacant family property- he was most impressed and was going to purchase one.

I purchased the Defender Pro-tech key safe about 10 months ago. It’s proven to be a robust and quality item. The only drawback has been that I have found the covering a little stiff to get on and off. I emailed the company’s service centre a few days ago. I received a response a day later, which in itself is commendable given the number of companies that do not respond and/or do not do so efficiently. The advice in terms of loosening the fixing bolts slightly was useful and worked.
So credit to Defender Security Products for responding to a customers difficulties; doing so quickly; and giving helpful advice.

The rather large torch was a good buy. I got it for my Defender 300 TDI which I use in my woodland, and this torch is intended for finding my dogs in the dark in wild woodland habitat, and to look at the health of specific trees in the dark or dim light. It is perfect for illuminating difficult areas at some distance. Also if I was to break down it can provide advanced warning to oncoming vehicles on narrow country roads. So although bulky it suits my needs.

Good quality product. Arrived on time and communication was clear and concise.

I bought a pair of their mini key protector cases back in February 2024. They worked well and blocked the signal preventing me from being able to open the car. In October / November, Unfortunately they seem to lose the ability to block the signal. I contacted the company and after a couple of emails and providing them with some images to show the state of the pouches (little wear) they have replaced the faulty ones. Great customer service and the new ones work correctly.

BUYERS BEWARE! We saw this company's Farrafday Pouches [Defender Signal Blockers] were recommended by Auto Express and the company had excellent reviews on Trustpilot ...so we bought these pouches for our Mercedes keys. The only way we know of to test that these pouches are working is to approach the car with the keys in our hand and the door automatically unlocks ... then try again with the keys in the Farraday pouch and hopefully the car will stay locked. Unfortunately this was not the case with the Defender Signal Blocker ... the car unlocked every time we walked up to it with the keys sealed in the pouch. So I tried to contact the company to ask why ythis was happening but they don't speak with customers ... you can only email or write. So I emailed and they sent a pre-paid label for me to return the pouches for testing. Weirdly, they returned the pouches stating that they were working and not faulty ... so now we have 2 pouches that clearly do not block the signal as they are supposed to do and will have to be binned! So my recommendation is ... DON'T BUY THESE
