Protection against car theft.
Package arrived on time and undamaged. This item was recommended to us as a deterrent against thieves gaining access to cars. Hopefully this will prove to be the case. It’s a bonus that a phone will also fit into the case so that’s added protection.

Ordered a key safe which didn't come…
Ordered a key safe which didn't come with a key to set the code. Messaged to ask for a key and was told they don't carry spare parts. Suggested I use a flat nosed screwdriver. Shouldn't need to actually - all parts should be included in the box!!!
Will not be ordering again - poor customer service.

Initial problem with setup but that's…
Initial problem with setup but that's to do with who put it on the wall rather than the safe itself but it's working just fine now and has already come in very handy as I have seizures so pple can now get in to me. The other reason for buying this is that I have already managed to look myself out 3 times. All in all I'm very happy I bought this keysafe and I am visually impaired so I like the fact it's designed for those with limited vision as a lot of the normal ones are tiny

Excellent product
Very strong and secure keysafe, but easy to use. Quick delivery as well. Only quibble is that the self-tapping thunderbolt screws didn't work as intended but I've never used them before so that might be me! Long screws and rawlplugs did the job well enough.

This firm gives good customer service
This firm is great, ordered a key safe arrived on time but didn't get to fit it as the safe as the customer passed away the day it arrived so I returned it with no problem and got a full refund. Thnk you very much.
