Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service!

I had to make a claim due to an accident with my hire car (not my fault) and the team at icar insurance could not have been more helpful. The process to claim was straightforward and there was good communication throughout. I have recommended to my friends.

Outstanding Service

It was very simple to get hold of the claim form and the form was very easy to fill in - it took me around 15 minutes including the time for downloading and attaching documents. I expected the claim to take a few weeks to resolve but it only took a couple of days for the claim to be sorted and for the money to be in my bank account. A great, no hassle experience

A good Insurance company

I submitted all relevant documents to prove my claim. DEFEND die'nt bother to asked me for further details. Immediately after submitting my claim they confirmed my insurance claim would be paid into my bank account within 5 days. I must confirm that the payment was paid on time. I would say DEFEND are an amazing insurance company. I was impressed with your excellence service.

I cannot recommend this company more…

I cannot recommend this company more highly, and I say that crucially after a claim and not just after the sales experience when these reviews are normally done. Had a claim, it got paid within a week. Excellent.

Making something easy, when you need it

A quick reply to my claim. The website clearly outlines what’s required and I was able to simply upload the docs. They had a couple of questions, which I need to reply to, but once that information was provided the claim was quickly processed.

Super easy claim

Sadly a recent rental was damaged while parked. Luckily I had the iCar excess insurance. The process for claiming was super easy and clear and the claim was processed within days. Would highly recommend!!
