Unresponsive

Ordered curtains on sunday. On thursday they say they dont have it in stock. I choose another colour on Thursday (via email) its now saturday and still I have received no reply!

Good price quality ratio

The products arrived as expected. The price is quite affordable compared to normal shops on the streets. The items were all well-packed and clean. Delivery took a day. My only comment is that there could be some more information about the fabric of the products.

I ordered a mattress on September 12th

I ordered a mattress on September 12th, I'm still waiting for it, I should have received it on September 24th, and still nothing after some emails. They told me it would be here at home on Friday, I don't know which Friday. Personally, I'm not happy at all

Not able to use gift card and no help/solution from customer service

I wanted to buy something with a gift card but I would have had to pay shipping costs because the amount was too small. For the moment they have a promotion of free shipping. When I tried to order, I wasn’t able to pay with the gift card. I asked customer service for help, their answer was: you cannot combine 2 promotions.
I don’t want to combine promotions, I want to be able to pay with a gift card (and thus already payed!). I’m not ordering here anymore, I’ll find another solution for the gift card and future orders.
