Great quality all around - amazing customer service
From beginning to end the experience has been amazing. I made my first order and received the goods, it was as exactly what I expected. Then I forgot to include a knuffeltrui to my order and the customer service was beyond friendly and helpful. Special thanks to: Ayoub, Eme and Amina who were so kind to get my sweater shipped ASAP. Delivery service? I had to go to a post office to collect. personally speaking, I have a mobility problem. So having to go and collect. Meant, no point ordering if they don't deliver.

Defective product
I ordered one duvet cover set for my son.
It has been washed according to instructions and when I wanted to use it I saw that it does not fit.
The duvet cover was smaller with about 20 cm.
From other hand I found a big hole on the duvet cover.
I wrote to the customer service but I did not get answer.
I am very disappointed because I can not use the ordered product. I will never order from them again.
