High quality coats and fantastic customer service!
Great experience ordering online for international shipping and the customer service was excellent. I had a question about the status of my order and received a quick and thorough response that quickly addressed my issue.
When my coat arrived, it was packaged well and far exceeded my expectations in style and quality. My coat is beautiful and fit perfectly (the size chart is very accurate!). I am so happy with this purchase and appreciated the extra attention to detail provided by the customer service!

Excellent service. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour but I simply sent an email immediately to explain and De La Creme replied confirming that they would send me the colour I really wanted. When the item arrived a few days later it was what I wanted. It's a gift so I can't comment on fit but it does look as expected.
