Promt delivery no problems

Do not order from this company. I placed an order and never received it but according to them and usps it was delivered. Spoke with USPS and it was addressed wrong so it was delivered to the wrong address but USPS can't do anything due to it was delivered to the address that was on the package. I've been trying to either get a refund since I paid for the shipping insurance or get the product resent. The merchant is doing nothing! I will never order from this company again! 🤬🤬

I never received my order. The tracking number they provided showed awaiting to be delivered. Then it changed to delivered with a back date of a month of the delivery date. I believe this company is a scam, and I would caution people against purchasing from this company.

Ordered a card and thought it was odd that there was no delivery estimate. Then they overcharged me by $3. To their credit, they promptly refunded me, but gave no explanation for the overcharge, making it seem like it was an attempt to get more money if I hadn't noticed. Then the card made it all the way to my neighborhood for delivery before being marked as "incomplete address" despite the fact that they were given my entire address in the ordering process. Likely a scam; and now someone in China has my name, address, and credit card number. SUPER fun.

If you want a happy Valentine's Day, order your cards from someone else.

Ordered a card for valentines day and it didn't arrive anywhere near when it was supposed to. When I finally received the card it was way past valentines day which made it pointless. The card was way smaller than your regular gift card and it was just the same image printed on 2 sides of a folded card. The envelope for the card wasn't even entirely put together. Not only that, they overcharged me. I asked for a refund and they refused. I disputed my charge and they fought it. The card might be worth 2 dollars if it came with an envelope that wasn't broken. I will NEVER buy from them again. Save yourself the headache! SIDENOTE: check out their score on the better business bureau before you decide to buy here. They delete negative reviews on their website. This place is a scam that is somehow still allowed to operate.

Well, I guess I should've checked here first. I thought I was ordering a simple, cute Valentines Day card. It's been over 2 weeks and I won't get it in time. This site needs to be shut down ASAP. They're crooks.

Products received not at all like those illustrated in your images advertising for sale --- I am requesting full refund! I should have checked your reviews - that appear to be all very negative - like mine will be. Based on the Image I was getting 5 individual unique Christmas mice. I thought that I was going to make the kids happy, but know that have shown them the mice they were actually frightened. The youngest ones fled the room. ALL STYLES (5 PCS) GET 30% OFF & FREE SHIPPING – the way this written it infers that I would have gotten all five different individual mice as illustrated in the image that you used to entice customers to purchase your products. What I want is the full refund of the USD $ 54.58, and if you want these back provide full prepaid postage for the return – I will use the same box that they came in.

How this company is still in business is beyond me. I am furious with the quality or rather, lack there of. Nothing like what was pictured. Looked like it came from the 99 cent store. Such a sham! Just disgusting. Will never order through Facebook or Instagram ever, ever again.

This is a scam company. The item never arrived. They wanted to charge me again to send a replacement, or if I wanted a refund, they would charge me a fee. I never got it and even the post office confirmed. This is a scam!!!

Product actually arrived, however was woefully nothing like the product I had purchased, and it wasn't cheap either. Luckily paid with Paypal, and I wish I had done my research prior to purchasing (usually do but got caught up in the moment), Avoid this site at all costs.

I tried to cancel my order after 10 minutes of paymen, they didn't respond for 2 days. I reported them to PayPal to get my money back. They responded with "We already shipped" but when I checked their website, there isn't anything shipped so far. Be extremely careful and don't buy anything from them.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Shipping took more than 6 weeks. Product is clearly a cheap knockoff. And they offered a $4 refund on a $25 product. Also couldn’t return because I was missing a code that THEY did not put in the package. When asked for a website to review the return policy, they sent a link to defunct page. Horrible product, awful customer service. Save yourself the hassle, and DO NOT order from here.

I placed my order for Doll 10 foundation on 6/8. Per my confirmation email, I was supposed to receive an email when my product shipped. I never received an email. My product finally arrived today, 7/12. However, the product I received is not Doll 10. It's a knock off. I will never order again.
